Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique enviornment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.
During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.
Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.
☆Pool Temperature: Our sparkling pool is heated to a comfortable 76 degrees year-round, ensuring a delightful swim anytime you fancy. If you prefer it warmer, we're happy to heat it to a toasty 86 degrees for an additional $75 per day.
☆Hot Tub Bliss: The hot tub is your personal oasis, and can be bubbling at a soothing 102 degrees for $25/night. Perfect for unwinding and stargazing!
☆Turndown Service: Enjoy the luxury of our complementary turndown service every evening, adding an extra touch of comfort to your stay. You can opt-in for this delightful service at your convenience.
☆Pool Maintenance: Please note that our pool service is scheduled for every Monday or Tuesday, depending on the week. Rest assured, we keep it sparkling clean for your enjoyment.
☆Starter supply: We provide a starter kit of toiletries that typically lasts 34 guests 2 to 3 days anything needed after the supply is gone will need to be purchased by the guest.
