This is a luxury 4-bedroom villa with a walled garden, private swimming pool and BBQ area set in a secure development on the northern headland of Koh Samui. It has stunning views across the top of the palms to Big Buddha and across the sea to Bophut and the hills behind. The sunsets will take your breath away.
It’s just 10 minutes from the airport and main towns of Chaweng and Bophut. Furthermore, it’s just 500m from the stunning Tong Son Bay beach, which is shared with just two other developments, comprising a 5-star hotel with spa and a more traditional Thai-style restaurant and bungalows.
The villa itself is luxuriously appointed with beautiful furniture and artwork. As well as a fully-fitted western kitchen and all the appliances, there are two fridges, one in the kitchen and one near the pool, obviously! There’s a 42” flat screen TV with satellite and a home theatre system (with a USB port), and a small library of DVDs, CDs and books. There’s free Wi-Fi too.
The master bedroom has a small safe and basic amenities are provided, such as soap, shower gel, coffee, tea, hairdryer, etc. I can arrange for some shopping to be done before you arrive too.
My housekeeper lives nearby, will check you in and out, as well as help you with any potential issues, such as car rental (necessary), where to find the shops, restaurants, etc. I can arrange airport transfers, no problem, just let me know in advance. I've also prepared a brochure too to help you get the best out of your stay here. Furthermore, the maids will clean the villa twice a week, while other staff will take care of the pool and garden.
This is a perfect spot for escaping the hustle and bustle of the towns, and soaking up the sun in this tropical paradise.
PLEASE NOTE: The villa is in a partially completed development and there is occasional construction noise during the day. It's unlikely to impact your stay, but my rates are discounted for this reason.
ADDITIONAL 5th BEDROOM: Please note that there is a separate annex in the garden with an additional air-conditioned double room and bathroom, effectively a fifth bedroom. Hence, the maximum permitted number of guests staying is ten.
CHILDREN- FRIENDLY: Please also note that this villa is a bit more child-friendly than most. There are mosquito screens on the balcony doors from the living room with kiddie-proof locks. Also, access to the private pool is gated. I can arrange cots for kids.
UTILITIES: As with nearly all rental villas in Samui, electricity and water are billed separately. These are expensive in Samui. Running the air conditioners in every room all day and night will run you up a hefty bill, although the position of the villa above the palms looking down to the ocean means there's often a cooling breeze, Furthermore, utility supply on the island is unreliable. However, this villa is fitted with an emergency generator should the mains power cut out, while there are also rainwater tanks to supplement the water supply.

Costs exclude utilities and a security/damage deposit of THB20,000 (the latter either paid through airbnb or in cash to my housekeeper upon check-in). Utilities are based upon usage and will be billed upon check-out.

Entering a rental agreement with the owner means that the tenants agree to abide by the estate rules. Any breach of these rules may constitute a breach of contract and in extreme circumstances the tenants may be asked to leave. A copy of the estate rules will be made available to you as and when you wish to make a reservation.
