I would like to present to you my one bedroom for your stay in the heart of Waikiki. The level of quality I offer is unmatched at such a reasonable price. I am the sole owner and I personally operate/manage.
My unit was renovated in 2013 and is fully furnished. Located on the tenth (10th) floor, it features a very nice view with California style windows that stretch along the whole wall in an open floor plan living room/full kitchen with hardwood floors, as well as a panoramic view from the large (116sqft) tiled lanai (balcony) with views of both the historic Ala Wai Canal and the lush green mountains surrounding Waikiki.
A large table and chairs are on the lanai for you to enjoy lovely Hawaiian sunsets. The bedroom has a queen size bed and large dresser for storage.
There is a sofa that sleeps two as well as a double closet with an abundance of space.
The kitchen is complete with a large refrigerator, a four-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, glasses, dishes, utensils, & a wine opener etc.
All is provided for your convenience.
The condo has a full bathroom, which is tiled, includes a shower and soak tub. Fresh bed linens, bath and beach towels, and hair dryer are provided.
There is an ironing board, iron, and built in combination safe for your valuables inside the closet.
Free Secure Wifi inside your room, Cable TV, AC, Combination Safe, 24hr Security. You will find everything you need to have a great time.
On the lobby you will found tour and activities operator and coffee place.
The entire sixth (6th) floor is devoted to the many amenities for your enjoyment and leisure during your stay. Amenities include a very large Pool with views overlooking the Canal and mountains, Community Sized tiled Jacuzzi, Dry Sauna, New Fitness Center featuring excellent equipment and a view of the Pool while you work out, Many Cabanas and lounge chairs for sun worshipers and benches for romantic stargazing and conversation, as well as Numerous BBQ grills and tables for outdoor cookouts. You also have a Mini Market open until midnight and 24hr Laundry, all on the vast, expansive sixth floor. Security is 24hrs .
Located at 445 Seaside Avenue in the heart of Waikiki, it faces the Ala Wai Canal. It is only two (2) blocks to Waikiki beach and walking distance to all the restaurants, shops including Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and the Duty-Free Mall (DFS), and the grocery store is only one (1) minutes walk away.
One block from Bus stops that can take you to any destination, whether you want to hike Diamond Head, Snorkel at Hanauma Bay, explore North Shore, visit the historic Pearl Harbor or go clubbing on Hotel Street in Chinatown or do more shopping at Waikele Outlets or Beautiful Ala Moana Mall. It’s only two (2) blocks from the beach.
You can rent a car, a bicycle or mopeds one (1) mn.
For the people who like to run in the morning or at sundown, we are across a beautiful jogging path along the canal (Ala Wai Blvd.).
You can park for free on Ala Wai Blvd. you just need to move your car on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30am to 11:30am for street sweeping. You can park in my buildings parking garage for $30/day or I can have a parking stall in the garage across the street that I rent for $15/day or $90/week( no big car).
Other Things to Note
I have three (3) additional condos (studio units) in the same building located on floors fourteen (14), fifteen (15), and twenty-nine (29). Please check out my airbnb profile to view my other units.
I just ask you to respect the apartment as if it was your and to turn off the AC when you are out.
The check in time is after 3pm and check out before 11am, if I can offer you a early check in or late check out I will always do it without any extra.
Olivier was an excellent host. He was willing to go out of his way to accommodate our needs and was very quick to respond to all our emails. He certainly made our stay very enjoyable!!
The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. He is very transparent so you don't have to worry about any unpleasant surprises. Even though he speaks with a bit of a French accent, we were able to understand him without any problems.
Reserve the room soon with Olivier. The breeze is wonderful and the location is conveniently located to some nearby restaurants that are rated highly on TripAdvisor. Mahalo Olivier!!!
I highly recommend staying at Olivier's apartment. Firstly, Olivier is a great host - he's very responsive (always emailed or texted me back within hours) and was very helpful as we planned our trip.
The location was excellent - two blocks from the beach/shops/restaurants, 5 minute walk to the supermarket, 20 minute walk to Ala Moana shopping centre or Walmart and 15 minute walk to the zoo.
The apartment was perfect for us with the separate bedroom an living area and Olivier provided us with a portacot for our 7 month old baby. We could make our meals for the baby in the fully functional kitchen and reheat left overs in the microwave.
The complex has everything you need with a convenience store in the building open until midnight, laundary facilities and a cafe. The gym was small but had a good set up of weight and cardio machines. We didn't use the BBQs or the pool but we could see plenty of people enjoyeding them.
The only thing to note for those that are light sleepers is that there is a reasonable amount of street noise. This is definitely not an issue specific with the apartment as I suspect it's worst as you get closer to the main restaurant/shopping strip.
Would definitely stay here again.
Olivier caused us the most amazing reception that we could ever have imagined. Not only that, he helped us with our luggage and the had prepared the apartment in such a beautiful way, he presented us also a few welcome gifts such as pineapple, beer, juices and water, which gets so much useful and were simply perfect after such a long flight. In addition, he offered us his time and drove us to a supermarket so we could buy enough food for our stay. According to the apartment it is only to say that it is simply the best. In particular, for the generally very low standard in Hawaii it is a high-end apartment and looks exactly like the photos. All additional aspects such as the pool, the gym or the small supermarket in the house have made our stay all around perfect. We will definitely come back! Thank you, for everything Olivier! You were the best hosts we ever could have imagined!
Olivier was the perfect host. It was a pleasure to meet him and stay in his apartment. Upon arrival, Olivier greeted us with warmth and took us up to the apartment to show us around. The fresh pineapple was a great touch. As Olivier lives in the building, we often bumped into him and he was friendly, helpful and full if great ideas. One afternoon when my husband was by the pool, Olivier even offered him a beer. He also placed some biscuits in our apartment, which was a lovely, unexpected treat! Olivier gave great suggestions about good places for grocery shopping and even offered use if his discount card. It was a pleasure to meet him!
The apartment had everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean and in a great position! Bedding was great, more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 children.

Hello, I ve been informed by the condo management that work would probably take place close to my apartment during holiday dates of Rhonda. I have therefore proposed to Rhonda the same apartment for the same price in the same building with a amazing view . Rhonda accepted this alter , however, it was not possible to transfer her booking to another apartment that we had to cancel and proceed to a new booking. Rhonda is satisfied, I have kept my commitments and I'm sure about the satisfaction of Rhonda.
The apartment is lovely - very clean and tidy. The photos are accurate. We found this place to be a great value in the otherwise overpriced Waikiki. Location is great - right near the canal (free parking if you can find a spot!) and in the midst of the bustling neighborhood. Parking in Waikiki is annoying, but that's to be expected in any city. Once you find a spot, you can keep it there for a while because the neighborhood is very walkable. Oliver is an attentive host and makes check in easy.
A perfect stay for me and the kids! The amenities are ample, the pool divine, the surrounding area so central to everything ! And yes the host is incredibly gracious even when we left our passports and had to return he was waiting to hurry them back to is ! A super stay I highly recommend :)))
