PARKING :
We provide 1 free resident parking inside the building.(Strictly no visitor)

CHECK IN & OUT TIME:
*Check-In Time after 3pm & Check out Time before 11am

EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT :
Subject to Availability; Fee is RM 30 per hour.

LONG TERM STAY
For guest staying a month or longer, there is a limit of RM500 per month for electricity. Any excess over the allowed amount will be charged.

*Kindly note that SMOKING is strictly prohibited within the apartment premises. Smoking indoors will incur a penalty of RM300 as per our policy. Your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment is greatly appreciated.
