Unfortunately, I can't provide these for free but if necessary, will sell them AT COST (@HKD20) instead. Sorry that this gesture failed.

Great place, convenient to everything. Only a 5 min walk from Central and 5 min to Soho.
It is a small place but super clean and fit our needs.
We were met in literally minutes. Would use this place again
I had a really nice time in HK thanks to Brendan. He was so kind and helpful.
The apartment was good enough for 4 people and near to anywhere.
If I could go HK again, I would rent this apartment again.
Brendan and Veronica were wonderful, extremely responsive hosts! The apartment was a good size and the perfect location in Hong Kong. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. Please do be aware that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift in the building.
Location was great. Brendan was really helpful when booking and when we arrived (even met us at 7am on the day of arrival). The apartment was clean and everything you needed for a weekend city break.
Location couldn't have been better! Just a few minutes walk to all transport links, restaurants and bars. Apartment was clean and a good base for getting to see the sights. We had a problem with the hot water (a previous tenant had turned it off and we didn't know how to turn it back on!). Brendan responded quickly to our call and came round within the hour to sort it out. There were a couple of drawbacks, one being noise, though that is probably to be expected in the middle of a large city. Also we stayed for 9 days and the kitchen wasn't really adequate for that length of stay. Overall though a good choice for a short stay in central Hong Kong.
Brendan's place was very great as the info. Very good location close to MTR and also can walk to LKF. Brendan was very friendly and give us info very well. Thank you very much!
The flat was nice, clean, good located, just 5 min from the metro Central and about 10 min from the port (star ferry and Macau ferry). The Veronica (Brendan's mother) was very nice and hospitality. We recommended it for tourists who come in HK for a short period.
A positive stay. Great location near metro stop, bus terminus, Star Ferry and the IFC mall. Free Wi-Fi in the room is a plus. Room is smaller than what we are used to in the US. Kitchen and bath areas are dated.
We stayed at the Tit Hong Lane apartment for 3 days in mid-December. Tit Hong Lane is off Jubilee Street and Des Voeux Road Central (on which the trams run). It was easy to locate it given that we came in from the Airport via the Airport Express, and there were signs directing us to "the Centre" from Hong Kong MTR Station/IFC. The apartment is also near exit B (with escalators) of Central MTR station which made access to places on the MTR routes very convenient. Besides, the Exchange Square Bus terminal (for buses to Stanley and Ocean Park) and the Central Ferries Terminal (for the Star Ferry and ferries to the islands) are within walking distance, as well as the express MTR train to Disneyland. The apartment is also very near to the Mid-level escalators (located at Central Market) and Stanley Street and Wellington Street are only a stone's throw away. There are at least 2 cafes on Tit Hong Lane and 3 Chinese restaurants on Jubilee Street (including Golden China Restaurant, which does good roast meats and waxed sausages). Around the corner, at 140 Des Voeux Road Central (besides a Bank of China branch) is Law Fu Kee which does good congees and noodles. These restaurants operate from 8 am to 11 pm, so you don't have to worry about access to Chinese food during normal waking hours.
Despite being in a dated building, the apartment was nice and clean and checking-in (and out) was a breeze, as we called Brendan from the congee restaurant I mentioned above when we ordered our lunch and met his representative about 30 minutes later. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and so there are about 6 half-flights of steps to climb, and we were glad that we left our bigger bags at Left Luggage at Hong Kong MTR Station, given that Hong Kong was our second destination.
The apartment had 2 bedrooms large enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The kitchen was equipped for cooking but given that there were so many good restaurants around, we didn't bother to use it except for making tea and coffee. The bathroom had a shower area and a toilet, with hot water on demand, and there were no issues with water pressure, despite it being in an old building.
However, the ground floor entrance was not lighted in the night (as were the upper floors), so we had to tread carefully given that the steps were narrower than normal. The apartment was also quite cold, even though we were provided with a small electric heater and we had to keep the doors to the kitchen and toilet closed to retain the warmth in the living room.
For a family of 4, it was a good place to be for a short stay in Hong Kong, given that it was so central but we would have felt somewhat claustrophobic if we had planned to stay beyond a week.
[United Airlines cancelled my flight to New York and rescheduled me for a flight that cut short my stay in Brendan's apartment. I ended up arriving at the apartment at 7PM (12 hours later than anticipated) and had to leave at 8AM the next day (24 hours earlier than anticipated.) ]
Brendan was the model of communication. From the very first moment I reached out to him months ago to when I arrived at Hong Kong Airport, he responded immediately. Kudos to Brendan and his mom!!
The apartment is ideally suited to arriving or leaving from Hong Kong Airport. It is a short 10 minute walk from the airport train in Hong Kong Station [the route is a bit circuitous through the IFC mall but it is doable]. The location is wonderful.
Meeting up at 7 Eleven on Jubilee Street was easy! and it is only steps from the apartment.
Do remember that the apartment is up several flights of steps with no elevator. It is small and well laid out. Two bedrooms, a common area/living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It was clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly as did the TV and Internet.
The area is bustling, full of life and lots of activity.
I only wish I had the opportunity to use the apartment more than the few hours I was there.
