We are very disappointed with your mentioned problems as during your stay we have resolved all problems you have marked and wrote us in chat or private massages as was changing lamps and we provided an additional small lamp for more commodity. We were always in touch helping you to resolve any small problems or answering any questions you had.
Regarding the other complaints: I have not received from you any complaint about the drying rack, mattress etc. Yes, the house is equipped with Ikea furniture, but I do not think it is a drawback for this apartment, on the contrary, it is very useful in case if something is damaged - we can change it very quickly.
What about the proprietary, I live in Barcelona and I am a general manager of the company who manages 30 apartments in Barcelona, I have stuff who do their best to provide an excellent service for my guests and are always available.
