The entire condo is available for guests. We do keep one locked owner's closet off the master bedroom.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTE:

THE POOLS AND HOT TUB ARE CLOSED UNTIL MEMORIAL DAY OF 2027. THESE ARE OUTDOOR FEATURES AVAILABLE ONLY IN THE SUMMER. There is also no boating or kayaking permitted when the lake club is closed. You CAN stay at our place, and I can connect you with nearby Lake Harmony watersports for fall kayaking if you are interested - that is subject to their availability and rules unrelated to renting our condo. Shore fishing is not permitted on Big Boulder lake.

No guest pets are allowed at any Midlake condos. Violators will pay for HOA fines, and cleaning fees to sanitize to allergy friendly standards.

🔥 FIREPLACE:
Available only during heating season.

🔐 GATED ENTRY (Smartphone Required):
Scan the QR code at entrance, then use phone keypad to enter access code.

⚡ EV CHARGING:
Level 2 chargers are available in the parking lot for guests. Please note, use of the EV chargers requires a personal credit card to activate and pay for charging; this cost is not included with your rental or fees and is the responsibility of the user.
