Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, 12 foot celings and exposed brick. Apartment has a separate kitchen, open living room, and large windows in every room.
The apartment is literally at the intersection of Nolita, Lower East Side, and the East Village (this is why we picked this place to live!). The location is perfect - a few feet from Bowery, right behind the new museum and one block away from Whole Foods. There is no building on the side of our apartment building, so the lighting within the space is great. It's an amazing location on a surprisingly quiet street.
The apartment has a large bed, flatscreen television with cable, wireless internet, comfy couch and all the necessary kitchen and living amenities. We like to make sure that you feel comfortable and at home when you are staying!
There are tons of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood and also a small park half a block away. The apartment is near tons of trains (another reason why we chose it!), so getting around the city is super accessible (near the 6, B, D, F, J, M, N, R subway lines).
Please reach out with any questions you might have.

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was definitely a great one! Boris and Sarah were lovely, while they weren't in town to pass the keys Boris was able to send it twice to a different address to get this sorted weeks in advance!
The description is pretty much accurate with a decent living space given hotel/hostel prices in the area. The apartment itself is pretty personalised and cosy, you won't feel like you're staying in a hotel which is a nice change if that's what you're after. The neighborhood is pretty nice as well with multiple different metro lines all close by which made getting up town relatively easy and nightlife being a short walk/uber away.
We had a great stay at Boris's home. Boris actually met us at the flat to welcome us and was a great host who was very quick to respond to any questions that we had before and during our stay. A cozy flat nestled in the LES. The location was great! Great restaurants, shopping, nightlife, New Museum, etc. all within walking distance.
Boris was great!! Super responsive and very nice! The location of the apt is perfect and close to a lot of great bars and restaurants. Would stay here again!!
We had a great time staying in this apartment for one week.
Boris has been a great host, we didn't actually meet him but his girlfriends sister Emily who provided us with the keys and showed us the apartment.
They've been so kind to left some food in the fridge, which was a nice gesture!
The apartment itself is really cozy and we loved the livingroom with the nice sofa.
There a also many nice places right around the corner, and a lot of neighbourhoods are in walking distance, like Soho, Chinatown or the financial District.
The Check-in and -out has been really easy. I'd love to stay here again!
Super appart !
Merci encore a eux ! Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique a NYC et si nous devions y retourner, nous irions sûrement a nouveau chez eux !
This is the nice and cute apartment for couple! Location is the best on Manhattan! Boris and Sarah are great hosts. We haven't any problem of communication. Highly recomended!
Boris was a great host. I needed to check in extremely early and check out late, and he was very accommodating (disclaimer: I did pay a little bit more for that). He made sure I had no issues getting into the apartment and was very responsive the entire time.
The apartment is in a great location (close to subways, easy to get cabs, walkable to other neighborhoods). I stayed by myself, but it can definitely accommodate a couple. The apartment itself was great too; basically I felt like I was staying at a friend's place. I would definitely consider renting this place again the next time I am in NYC.
I'm a social entrepreneur who lives in NYC in this beautiful Nolita apt with my girlfriend Sarah. I run an organization working in Uganda called Educate! ((email hidden)) and end up traveling a fair amount as a result. This means some good airbnb time.
I'm very friendly, organized and responsive. I'd love to do whatever I can to make your stay as easy as possible.
In general, I love traveling, people and food. Lots of food. Feel free to ask me whatever you like.
