The space
"Villa TUCCI- Firenze" is a spacious private home, with breathtaking views of Florence and Fiesole. Grand wrought-iron* gates greet guests to the lush property. A short drive down a Cypress tree lined gravel driveway leads you to the villa's courtyard.

The Villa's loggia with seating area welcomes you to the double door main entrance of the home. Once inside the villa, guests will feel right at home.

Main Level (1st Floor)
(1) Primary bedroom with en suite marble bathroom with large walk-in shower with marble benches. This bedroom is on the main floor of the villa, a perfect option for those with difficulty walking up stairs.
2nd floor
(1)Oversized bathroom with views of the Duomo, Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, toilet & bidet and double sinks. (1) Secondary bathroom with walk-in shower with charming window, toielt & bidet, and oversize sink. There is also a generous laundry room on the 2nd floor with washer and dryer. The second flood also features a large staircase and a piano/TV room, which overlooks the dining room with an antique farm table. Main feature, a pair of double French doors, with brick work overlooking olive groves.
The first floor features a foyer, a powder room, a large eat-in kitchen, a lovely, antique-filled dining room with a picturesque window, a living room overlooking the pool, and an additional loggia with seating area.

Guest access
-Guests are permitted to use the entire property. Execpt for the caretakers' quarters, gated areas, and garage. Please note that the gates and driveway are shared with housekeepers. Housekeepers live in a small home seprate on the estate. The Villa is, Absolutely Private. And housekeepers are rarely seen.
-Additional housekeeping is available at a fee. Please advise if you would like to arrange additional housekeeping during your stay.
-In effort to help keep our operating costs low, we kindly request that you turn the lights and a/c off when not at the Villa. Italy has very high electricity fees, by turning off the lights and A/C helps us keep the rental rate lower. We greatly appreciate your help.
The pool is open from Beginning of June to Mid-September. And is 100% Private and and not shared, it is a gew steps from the villa, very close to house & outdoor loggia- easy access to pool area.
Other things to note
Italy has a known problem for mosquitoes. Please note all bedroom windows have screens. The front door and doors to pool and terrace areas do NOT, if these doors are left open, naturally mosquitoes will enter the house. We highly recommend leaving all bedroom doors and screens closed to minimize mosquitoes in the bedrooms.
In efforts to help keep the electric bill low, we kindly ask that when you are not at the villa to turn lights and a/c off. This helps keep the rental cost of the villa at the rate we have it. Italy has a high cost of electricity. You help is greatly appreciated.
The pool is open from June to September. And is 100% private - for villa guests to enjoy a pool with marvelous views!
