  • The room was very private, clean, and cozy. As it appears in the photos. I was very comfortable during my 2-night stay. The room has a great desk and work area, a comfortable bed, and a mini-fridge and microwave for added convenience. Free parking was readily available. Heather was a great host and very pleasant. There were freshly baked cookies when I arrived. I would stay here again.

  • This was my first Airbnb experience and I have to say Heather made it a delightful one. The accommodations were comfortable, accurately depicted and as all the reviews mentioned, yes there were YUMMY COOKIES upon my arrival!!!!

Over all my host and her children were wonderful, friendly and they made me feel welcomed in their home. Given the polar vortex weather, Heather made sure I was warm, comfortable and was very attentive to turn up the heat so the room wouldn't be so cold at night.

This host made my first Airbnb experience a memorable and positive one. If I ever had to travel back to the area I would definitely stay with Heather again without hesitation. They even have a beautiful well behaved dog that just melts your heart...

  • This was a great room for a great price. Having Wifi was a real bonus for me. I was working nearby and just didn't want to pay inflated hotel prices for a 5 night stay and be charged additionally for Wifi. I had access to all that I needed to make my stay comfortable. Very accommodating hosts!
Cookies were a big plus. I only wish I had been offered more cookies than just the first night :)

  • My husband and I spent a very pleasant weekend in Heather's cozy room with private bath. The descriptions I'd read were accurate, down to the cookies in the crystal bowl. Heather and her family are very relaxed and accommodating and made us feel welcome right away. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice and easily accessed. It was also a straight shot down George Mason Ave to my daughter's house where we gathered for a family event. Overall a very positive experience. I'd try to stay there again!

  • Heather was a wonderful host. She was accommodating of our early arrival time (we flew in on the red eye to make it to a wedding) and provided us with the MOST DELICIOUS chocolate chip cookies we had ever eaten. The space was very comfortable and cozy and the smell of freshly baked pie would waft to our noses every time we came and went. It was perfect for our needs. Thank you!
