CasAmigos is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with a private pool, a separate casita, and a jaw-dropping koi pond with waterfall — all on a lush, gated property in the quiet Noord neighborhood. The main house soars with 18-foot vaulted ceilings and opens to a spacious outdoor living area that becomes your group's natural gathering point from morning until midnight.
This isn't a typical Aruba rental. It's a home — with the outdoor pool table, the BBQ station, the full bar area, the hanging chair, the two separate living rooms when you need space, and the private casita when one of your couples needs privacy. Every detail has been designed for groups who want to actually enjoy being together (and sometimes apart).

A member of our team will meet you at the property. Self check-in is also available if needed. Check-in is 4:00–6:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM. Parking for 2 cars inside the gated area; additional street parking available.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
✹ The price shown for this home reflects the price for 6 guests. However, our home can accommodate up to 10 guests. If your booking is for a group larger than 6 guests, additional guests will incur a $20 a day fee per person. We apologize for this pricing structure, but it is designed to provide a cost-effective rate and cover added utilities and expenses for the extra guests.
✹ Please note that an additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the home or near an open door or window.
Other things to note
The pool is professionally serviced 2 times a week, and a professional landscaper comes bimonthly. They will come into the property to keep CasAmigos Aruba looking great.
Trash day is Thursday evening. The trash can is located on the side of the electric gate; to access it, the gate must be closed.
A starter pack of supplies will be provided to help you get settled in. Please note, these supplies are intended to get you started and may need to be replenished for longer stays. Items include toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and sponge, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. You may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay.
You are on a tropical island, where there are fish, birds, lizards, frogs, and bugs. Our house is professionally & responsibly treated for pests, but nature is all around.
