You won't regret staying at our place!!
We live in a gorgeous apartment in an area of Antwerp called Zurenborg, it's a very nice area with a lot of restaurants and bars within 1 min walk and only 10 mins by bike to the City Centre.
Supermarket is 5 mins away and we also have 2 nightshops around the corner.
It's a 15min walk from both Antwerp Central Station and Berchem station.
A tram that will take you to city centre stops at 100 metres from our doorstep.
The apartment consists of 2 floors.Ground level and first floor.
You will have your own very big room (25m²) with balcony and private entrance on the first floor.
One big badroom with bathtub/shower is shared. There is a separate toilet.
Washing machine and dryer if you feel like doing laundry during your holiday ;-).
Kitchen with all appliances and herbs for you to use.
Big diningroom (15m²) with table for 8 people.
Big livingroom (45m²) with TV corner (flatscreen 42 inch) and separate reading corner.
Very high ceilings and wooden floors everywhere (except kitchen and bathroom)
Also a little garden to enjoy some sun if she comes out ;-)
We do have 2 cats, so if you are allergic, you won't be able to rent this place.
Antwerp rent a bike station located at the end of the street (several drop off and pick up stations all over the city, pay a 1 time fee and then each first half hour is free, so you can use it to take you from one bike station to the next) Or you can use our bikes if they are available.
There is no smoking allowed in the house, but you can smoke in the garden.
If we are both gone, there will be the possibility to rent the entire apartment, so a total of 6 people could stay here (2 in the livingroom). This would also involve taking care of our cats.
Can be discussed when needed.

Nathalie was a perfect host. Very available and nice. I spend a great stay at her cosy house in Anvers.
Had a wonderful stay at Natalie's ! Very nice & safe neighbourhood, only 2 minute walk to tram, close to many shops. Room is big, spacious, clean, comfy big bed, well-equipped kitchen / bathroom. Natalie's a cool host who loves traveling herself so it was nice to share stories with her and she & her sister were very accommodating. No complains ! Totally recommended ! :)
I can't do elsewise than to reccomend this apartment to everyone; the place was big, clean and really beautiful with every comfort in it. We travelled from Italy and thanks to Natalie it was like feeling at home again, she had been kind and helpful beyond any expectation!
Amazing room in a beautiful area of Antwerp. Natalie was extremely accommodating and super helpful in getting around. The room is spacious and quiet and was a sanctuary for my road-wearied soul. Thanks!
Natalie was friendly way beyond what I normally expect from an AirBnb host, even helping me drive to Ikea to buy some stuff which I couldn't have transported by bus. The house is a beautiful Art Nouveau building in the architecturally most interesting part of Antwerp within walking distance from the central station. I particularly enjoyed the balcony of the room facing a quiet street. Highly recommended!
I can recommend staying at Natalie's place. It's a nice flat in a quiet street with a small garden in the backyard. It's a two minutes walk from two squares where you find nice restaurants and bars.
Also, Natalie is a very welcoming host. She didn't complain about my delay, was kind in offering help, drinks and food, entertaining conversation and showing me cool places in the neighbourhood and I could even use her bike to get around town as she didn't need it.
The only drawback is that access to the guest room is through the staircase and so if you want to go to the bathroom it's kind of a journey with going down stairs, into the flat and up the stairs again.
