You won’t be charged yet

I charge extra 10 euros per person to get home.
10 euros after 20:00
15 euros after 00:00.
If you break something in the house, stain sheets or towels, or lose some of my property, if you break the rules of my house or mistreat private property then you will have to pay and leave my home without any compensation.
Very important:
Do not arrive before check-in time.
Do not show my personal information
Be careful not to spill any liquid on the floor because it is a very old floor and stain easily.

The space

This room is for one person, not two.
(Rent room, not apartment)

A small single room, very comfortable , with just enough space for the bed, nightstand and small hanger where you can accommodate clothing. The comfort just for one person, of course with the right to use common areas such as living room, bathroom and kitchen for a very affordable price for an overnight stay while discovering the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona.

The apartment has a bathroom with shampoo, bath gel and a hairdryer, the kitchen is to use the fridge, NO COOK.
The property is located in a building with elevator.

In the neighborhood there are a variety of tapas bars, restaurants, bakeries, plus super markets, souvenir shops, etc ...

We are located at the corner of the Sagrada familia, just 3 metro stops from the city center (about 5 minutes). The apartment is located in a popular tourist area, surrounded by all kinds of souvenir shops and restaurants.

Joel was very nice, greeted me with a smile and was very kind. I didn’t not stay long, but it is a very good place if you just need to sleep and shower, the Sagrada is right there and the metro is only one block away. Great for the value, be respectful and follow the rules of the house and you will enjoy your time here.

Most important is to read the rules and reviews of this unit. The space is super tiny, closet size with a twin bed but it is 100%manageable. The bed, for a side sleeper like me, is so uncomfortable with the springs pushing against you.The location is unbeatable with so much close via foot, bus or metro. Joel was very kind to me and I enjoyed talking with him however I was nervous about breaking one of the rules that are written around the house. I also overheard him, what can only be described as scolding, this couple that arrived before me and broke a rule. The directions at first via air bnb take you to a different location and when I kept messaging Joel he never got back to me. It was over 20 minutes after my check in time that I was let in and it was because I was lucky to follow another couple staying at his place. That was scary traveling on my own and not hearing back from the host. So read carefully, know what youre getting into and the location will not disappoint.

Joel's place is minimal but clean. It's an excellent value for one person because of it's location right around the corner from the Sagrada Familia. '

Joel is a very nice host. The room is basically closet-sized but is clean and well-ventilated and the overall apartment is quite cute. Joel has a lot of rules but none are hard to follow. I don't speak Catalan or Spanish but his English was pretty good so we were able to communicate fine. Location is great. So lovely to walk past the Sagrada Familia every day!

Pros: host is nice, room is located next to public transit and Sagrada familia Cons: not very friendly and is a neat freak. I felt as tho I was walking on eggshells the entire time. There are notes posted EVERYWHERE about rules and what you cant touch.

Checking in was easy. Joel was waiting and had me checked in in a couple minutes he explained everything about the house. Wifi is sometimes slow. And the bed and pillow if you can call it that is just HORRIBLE so uncomfortable the springs are poking your body :/ You def get what you pay for. Only thing is that if you take more than 5 minutes in the bathroom , Joel is knocking. If I need to use the restroom, shower and brush my teeth he will try to open the door. SO RUDE! like other guests said he has way too many rules, you feel like he's doing you a favor. Instead of being a nice host.
