Indeed my girlfriend and I were not in Belgium at the time of your visit and my sister was helping out. That is also why I decided to take the time to react to your review.
Marlien and I are very proud of our Air BnB and putt a lot of effort in it. The only person who is even more devoted is my sister. She combines it with the household of three children and a part-time job and she does it with a lot of passion taking it to the next level.
Indeed we had some problem with the check-out of the guests before you and we informed you of that. My sister helped the cleaning lady and sent you a messages that the normal check-in time of 15 pm would be possible.
You never gave us any feedback. Not about your final arrival, not about the noise or anything else. You just waited to post a public feedback. It is your right, but you didn't give us the chance to help. We could have contacted the neighbors.
Of course we ask a contribution for the drinks, it costs money and we ask a fair fee. You are the first person complaining about this service. You get the towels, bedsheets, all the equipment in the kitchen, the coffee, netflix, unlimited internet.
You are our first two star review, which shows that most people think differently about our home and our services. I hope you still had the chance to enjoy Bruges and if I may I suggest that next time you look for a premium Air BnB with all the luxury you desire.
