Tucked behind our grand 1926 home on Bankers Row, this cheery downstairs unit is lined with windows and looks out onto beautiful gardens. Walk 2 blocks to Atlantic avenue or catch the free Downtowner to the beach.

The space
We have a lovely outdoor area where you can lounge and hang out. We also have a barbecue for your use, and a space for outdoor dining.

Guest access
We have private parking in front of your apartment which is a premium in downtown Delray. In addition to a shared laundry room, we also provide beach chairs for your use.

Other things to note
When possible, we are open to early checkins and late checkouts...just ask!
