Update at 10 Aug, 2014:
My name is Bin, born in Northeast of China, and have been living in Japan for nine years. I work busy from August 2014. So flowing is the rules for female guests who like to share room with me:
1. I am a kind person, open mind, try my best to have a great share time with guests from the world. I do Airbnb since April 2013. Because I love traveling and adventures, I like to run a cheap, safe, but small share room for guest, just like myself.
2. I will let guest use mattress at floor. Only accept guests who agree this.
3. I do not refund money for who has already checked my room. Please book at your enough understanding.
4. This 25 m2 Japanese-style apartment locates 4-min walk from Omori-station, just 2 stops from Shinagawa!
YOU MUST READ THESE before you BOOK my room:
1. This is share room, you may share with other guests sometime.
2. Just one Key, you need to share, and the last one in the room locks the door, put it into mailbox (with details I will send to guest, 5 days before arrival),when you come back first, get the key, open the door and put key in a white bowl on the table. Do not carry key in your bag or pocket. If you lost the key, you must pay 21,600 JPY, which is the apartment manager charges for the new key set. That is why I set the deposit as the same price. But if you return key to me, no charge from deposit, of course!
3. Refund only possible before 5 days you arrival.

Looking for a room near Haneda Airport? Direct bus(Keikyu(京急) from Haneda just costs 30-min to Omori. Choose my room for your late arrival or early departure in Haneda-airport (Earliest bus from Omori to Haneda is 4:30am)! I will pick you up and send you to bus stop or train station.

Binh is a very lovely women that is very pleasant to be around. She is full of smiles and makes you feel right at home. Yes her place is small but I wasn't going to tokyo to stay inside. When her bachelor apartment is at full capacity of 4 people there is barely room to walk and the bathroom is very small but I personally did not mind this at all. It's tokyo, space is hard to come by. THe location was great. Only a few minute walk to one of the JR lines. Her place was about 20-30 minutes via train to popular destinations such as shinjuku. I don't recall reading in the outline prior to booking but binh kindly requests that there is a midnight curfew so that she is able to get rest for work which is totally understandable but for me, tokyo night life is what I was most interested in when the city comes alive. Sadly Binh had to put up with me coming home late but she was really nice about it and I tried to be as quite as possible. After all, I was spending thousands of dollars to see tokyo for a week and I was unaware of the curfew prior to booking. Sorry for that binh! Thanks for putting Up with us and being so nice about everything! Binh is so nice and respectful. She helped us in every way she could. I will miss her!

Bin was a very nice and helpful host. The apartment is small, but the price is very good, and it's conveniently located (close to the airport, and downtown Tokyo is easily accessible by train). Bin showed me some things in the area and offered to help me with anything I needed to know. I had a good experience staying here.

Bin is an amazing host, extremely nice and helpful. Was open to helping me find or get anything I needed. Offered breakfast and dinner. Even gave me her umbrella because it was raining and I didn't have one! It's a one room apartment, I slept on a futon on the floor and she on the bed. Highly recommend staying there.

Would recommend this for female travelers who're traveling alone. It's near the omori station and most importantly I had a very good time staying at Bin's place. Although it was only for 2 nights she treated me very well and it's great to know someone with such an awesome personality!! Wish I stayed longer at her place. :) if I ever have a chance to come back to Tokyo again, I'd love to book her room again

After being delayed on my flight to Tokyo, I ended up arriving to Bins just after 2am! Thankfully she was still willing to let me stay

This place was small but cozy. It was a bit dirty. The Host was not present and I think she may have been gone for some time because everything was very disorganized in the room. The little kitchen was dirty and also the bathroom and bed sheets. Another person had recently rented the room and hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival which is why the room was in that condition. The host was very nice when contacting her for additional information to find the room and we booked it thinking she was going to be present but once the reservation request was accepted she said she would not be there. The room is very close to the Omori station but we did have a bit of trouble finding it the first time. The restroom is really small. I'm petite and I had trouble going in there so If you're bigger than 5'0 110punds and plan to keep the same room for more than 2 days you may want to consider staying somewhere else. For the price it was ok but I would rather pay a little more to have a clean room.

Response from Bin:
Thank you for staying in my house! I take your advice sincerely, and I was out of Tokyo due to some business trip, so only very few time, I could not clean room by myself. I will try my best to make a better environment.
