About this listing
The apartment is quite large and has 2 large windows in the bedroom. The bedroom onlooks Avenue A and Tompkins Square Park. I have full cable, wireless internet and a nice kitchen and bathroom as well. There is also a laundry (washer and dryer) in the building which comes in handy.
The neighborhood is young, fun, and full of bars and restaurants in every direction. Alphabet city has become a vibrant hub for nightlife. I can recommend tons of restaurants for dinner and brunch as there are so many it can be daunting. Also the apartment is two short blocks from the L train subway which goes crosstown and accesses the rest of the city!
I am originally from South Carolina and a engineering student and will not be in the apartment at all so it will be all yours!
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
Look forward to hearing from you,
The L train is located at 1st Avenue & 14th street which is approximately a 4 block walk!
Absolutely no parties please and try to keep the music/noise to a minimum. Thanks!
Christopher was great - incredibly communicative, gave us detailed instruction on how to get into and out of the apartment, and made us feel very welcome. The place is exactly as pictured, a great place to relax after a long day with a ton of great options right at your doorstep for lunch, dinner, or an evening drink. Great place to stay!!!
Christopher was a great host! Although we never met each other, we could always reach him and he immediately responded to our requests. The location is really great and the apartment itself is quite cozy. Next to the building is also a great restaurant where you can eat delicious salads and burgers. I can definitely recommend this place. Thanks, Chris!
Nice and clean cosy home in a great location. It was very easy to get the keys and Christopher was very responsive and helpful. Will recommend this place in the future!
Nicely furnished apt perfectly located in the middle of vibrant the East Village, just opposite Tompkins Square Park. Christopher was so nice to arrange a check-out at 2 instead of 12 for us.
The only thing was that in the two wardrobes were loads of dirty sheets and towels. So you weren't able to hang up dresses and it was a bit odd in the matter of hygene ;) but all in all a perfect trip!
Christopher was very quick at responding to messages and we really liked the apartment (especially the cool little speakeasy around the corner).
Great location, room as advertised and Chris was exceptionally helpful in advance and during the stay.

About the Host, Christopher
I am 29 years old, and originally from South Carolina, so very relaxed and slow paced. I'm a student in nursing school and have been in the city for 4 years and know the neighborhood very well so could definitely give advice on what to do!
