The Space

Double bedroom available in attic in old listed farmhouse. Private bathroom. Shared kitchen. Wi-fi and television available. Off road parking.
The property is situated in a small picturesque village in the heart of the English countryside bordering Warwickshire and the Cotswolds and close to Blenheim Palace, Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare's birthplace, Birmingham with its multiplex shopping, Silverstone, Bicester Village outlet shopping and the stunning university town of Oxford. The centre of London is a short train journey away.
The village with its own pub offers local hospitality of good food and drink, and is surrounded by numerous walks, including the Darcy Dalton Way, through unspoilt undulating countryside. The village church dates back to the late 12th century.

Full English Breakfast included.
DIY Barbecue availability in beautiful walled garden whenever required.

Please see alternative listing for smaller double room if there are more than 2 travelling in your party.

House Rules

I am happy to host children but I am afraid the house is not particularly toddler friendly as the attic rooms are up two flights of stairs, the floors are mainly wooden or flagstones and there are several flagstone steps between rooms. Not ideal I am afraid for little legs. I am sorry, no dogs as the surrounding countryside normally provides a muddy coat and paws that are unsuitable inside.
