A clean-lined, elegant, understated getaway with 3 bedrooms (3 California King beds and 1 sofa bed in the Living Room) with 2 bathrooms close to everything you could ever want in the desert. Private heated pool and spa, mountain adjacent with great views and plenty of places to lounge.

The house is very centrally located and there are great restaurants, trails and fun biking routes nearby to discover.

In addition to our pool and spa, we have a Bocce Court and Horseshoe Pit on the property.

The space
This property is a clean-lined, elegant, understated getaway with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms [single family home] close to everything you could ever want in the desert. Private heated pool and spa, mountain adjacent with great views and plenty of places to lounge.

Other things to note
In addition to the many restaurants and the movie theater within walking distance, there are lots of great outdoor activities (golf, tennis, etc.).

Pool and Spa Heating Fee:
Please let me know if you want to heat the pool and spa during your stay. Due to the high cost of fuel the pool and spa heating is $75 per day. We will send you a request for a pool heating fee in the prior to your arrival.

Horseshoes and Bocce Ball:
In terms of sporting options in addition to our pool and spa, we have both a Bocce Court and Horseshoe Pit on the property.

Parking: We have parking for One Vehicle inside the Garage, Two Vehicles on the Driveway and Two more Vehicles on Gravel Area adjacent to the Driveway (please avoid parking on the street per local rental ordinance).

Dogs: We adore our dog so we do allow dogs and the back yard area is enclosed; but, we charge a $100 fee per dog, because they do require us to spend more time cleaning and add to the wear and tear on the property.

This is a shared space and the owner is excited to share this house with you and is looking forward to meeting you while respecting your privacy.

Please let us know if you intend to bring your dog and we will send you a request for that fee before your arrival date.

We also ask that you clean up all messes in the yard before your departure.
