This is the best location to enjoy the city from. The apartment is a few steps from sunny Dolores Park and also within easy walking distance of Valencia street which is the heart of the Mission district with amazing restaurants and shops.
The apartment is also 50 meters from the J-Church Muni train line with which takes you right Downtown, to the Embarcadero or out to the Avenues.
This is a clean, comfortable apartment with all the basic amenities.
Make yourself at home. You'll have a key. There is Wi-fi, cable and Netflix if you need some downtime.
Interaction with Guests
I will be present during your stay, usually out, but sometimes working from home. I have a very friendly dog, so if you do not like dogs, this would not be a good fit for you. He will leave you alone if desired, but if you only tolerate dogs, another spot would make sense.
This is one of the hottest neighborhoods in the city with bars, restaurants and other entertainment all within walking distance.
The Muni train is right outside the door and is easy to use. The Bart train is nice 0.7 mile walk and can get you to and from the airport as well as downtown, etc.
Other Things to Note
I'll pick you up or drop you off at SFO for $30. The Bart train is $8.15 and you'll need to walk 9 blocks from the station. Taxi is around $50.
This is a non smoking home. I love dogs, but I cannot host guests with dogs. I can host one guest, but not couples. Please confirm your check in time before arrival.
Jamie was an excellent host. He was super friendly and helpful with everything. I really felt at home! The apartment's location is incredible and the room is very nice with a very comfortable bed. Jamie's dog is great! really friendly, well behaved and fun. Very recommended!
Jamie was friendly, clean, courteous and pleasant to be around. Towels and linens were quite nice.
I had very good experience the place is cozy very comfortable bed and lot of privacy great location
Jamie was very welcoming and I am so thankful that this was my first Airbnb experience. The room was as described and Jamie was a friendly host, happy to point me in the right direction when I needed help. The location is good for getting around town with a muni metro stop literally around the corner (other other useful transport links a short walk away). It's also tucked away out of the noisy areas so getting a good night sleep was easy (too easy as I kept lying in).
Thanks again for hosting me!!
nice easy location to get too. He was a very nice host, offered me beverages also. Love his dog. Super adorable. Let me know if you ever need a dog sitter. I am your man!!!
Felt right at home from the first moment in this wonderful location in the Mission. Jamie is an excellent host and Ruka, his dog, gentle and friendly. Quiet room, comfortable bed, bathroom adjacent. Perfect stay.
Jamie and his dog are good housemates. He was really flexible about being around to let me in. He helped me get comfortable in the apartment and get to know his cool dog. Jamie was good to chat with on the rare occasion you and he are at the apartment at the same time. He drove me to the bus early in the morning, which was clutch. The location between The Mission and The Castro was great for walking around and getting a good sense of these neighborhoods.
