A Beautiful Private Room Located in the Most Desirable Place in the Marina
The Private Room!
The room has a very comfortable King Sized bed, that would let you sleep fantastic. Other amenities that you can use on your stay are as follows:
-In the living room, we have a sweet L shaped couch and TV/Netflix/Internet which you are more than welcome to use.
-We have a desk with a monitor if you need to cram in some work before eating/drinking/playing on Chestnut St.
-A full kitchen if you feel like cooking something up.
The location of my place is a couple of blocks away from the famous Chestnut Street (the street is composed of an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, coffee houses and services) and a few blocks away from Marina Green where the America Cup is taking place. Actually, most of the attractions are very near, like the bay with an amazing and fantastic view of the Golden Gate, Presidio Theatre and Marina Theater (whenever you feel like watching a movie in a great way), Palace of Fine Arts, Oceanic Society San Francisco Whale Watching and a lot more. Also, the place is very accessible so you will never have a hard time going to the places you wanted to visit and this makes my place incredible.
What Else You Get
With the place you'll have a clean duvet and clean sheets, fresh towels, and a welcome pack with some surprises. I use a short term rental management service called airenvy who will professionally clean and prepare the place for you.
Looking forward to hosting you!

Great place to crash in SF. Close to bars, restaurants, parks, and the Golden Gate Bridge. Clean enough and comfortable enough. Though I did not meet him, Sean was very accessible via Airbnb and text messaging. He was accommodating to my late arrival and the place worked out well as a cheaper alternative to the expensive SF hotels. I would stay again.
I stayed two nights at Sean's place. I was in town visiting various friends. I just wanted a place to unwind after being out all day. The location was perfect. The space was very clean, great light, perfect location. The bed was also very comfortable! Sean was a great host, touching base with me before my arrival. Checking in was easy peasy. Airenvy was a nice touch. I plan to stay again. Also for those with cars, I have to say, parking was really not as bad as I had planned. I found a spot -- no problem -- free parking all weekend. Bonus!
This was a big room in a great apartment. Everyone was really nice. The room and all the common areas were really clean. The Marina neighborhood is fantastic. I would stay there in San Francisco any time.
We spent 3 nights at Sean's house and we had a very nice experience. Sean is a great host, very accomodating and very quick in replying to my messages.
We made the final reservation only on the day of our arrival and he was totally fine about that. There was a self check-in procedure as he was not at home when we arrived that made it very easy.
The house is big and very nice. The location is perfect even if you are not driving. We got a Muni pass for three days and took the bus a few blocks away to explore the city.
Chestnut street is nearby and you will find there plenty of cafés and restaurants and a big grocery store (we were allowed to use the kitchen also so we had dinner there one night). There is a coffe machine that Sean also makes available for his guests, something that you really appreciate, especially if you wake up early in the morning due to jetlag.
Our bedroom was big enough, comfy bed and the whole area is very peaceful and safe.
We shared the bathroom with Sean and there was also another couple to whom another room was being rented but we all had different schedules so this was not a problem.
Highly recommended for visiting San Francisco.
Definitely,I would stay there again.
Hi, I stayed at Sean's place on Pierce street in July 2013.
Sean is a very friendly, helpful guy, ready to help, it was very easy and comfortable to communicate with him.
The apartment is in a very nice area with a kind of upscalish feel to it, I think. Very quiet neighborhood, seems to be very safe. Finding a place to park a car is very challenging. Seems like there is a 2 hour limit for parking during week days, no time limits on the weekends, which was great for me, as I was there over the weekend. There is plenty of parking on the street, but you have to be extremely lucky to find one that's not already taken. I parked about 7-8 minutes walk away, by the Palace of Arts, which is a really cool place by the way, especially at night, and it's very close.
Yes, Chestnut street is very close, and it has everything - all kinds of places to eat (from cheap to expensive), grocery stores, banks with atm machines, etc. It's very convenient. The Union street is not that far either, there are some restaurants and breakfast places there as well. Marina is very close too, you can walk all the way to Golden Gate bridge, it's not that far. And if you are ok with taking longer walks, you can even get to the Fisherman's Wharf area, cable cars, the crookedest street, etc. I walked there, even pretty late at night, and it felt safe, at least to me. Well, just check (website hidden) maps for distances to be sure.
The room itself is pretty basic, but quite functional. There is a partial view towards Russian Hill area (?, I guess) with some of those San Francisco hills. I liked it, it's better than just facing another building and nothing else. The bed is soft, it felt very comfortable. The bathroom/toilet are shared with the hosts, I didn't have any problems with that. There is a large kitchen.
Anyway, I was happy with my stay. And would recommend it to others. Thanks, Sean!
Sean was easy to communicate with and the place was in the BEST location. Walking distance to Chestnut Street which was filled with restaurants and shops!
Sean's Place was awesome. He was away so we had his super comfy King bed and use of the house. His brother Todd was really friendly and it was a fantastic location. Would definitely stay there again.
