Perfect stay, perfect host. Location is near the center and also easy accesible by car. The place is clean, quiet and has all the necessities. Teruel itself is worth visiting for max 2 days.

Very friendly host collected us when we were a bit lost. We loved the safe parking, air conditioner and close proximity to the town centre. Apartment has everything you need for a short stay.

This is a great value for money apartment in Teruel. It is indeed very close to the old town, an easy walk, and if you have a car the free and secure parking is a real advantage. The welcome was quick and friendly although our Spanish is not up to much, and it was nice to have bread, teas, water etc provided. It is well equipped and has a particularly good shower. Good hair dryer and lots of towels. No wifi in the apartment itself but if you don't mind sitting on the outside stairs it works ok - the owners live in a different part of the building so are there if you have any problems. We were there in relatively hot weather which was no problem provided you keep the blinds closed during the day. Nice and quiet inside as well. Communication beforehand was fast and worked fine.

A bit difficult to locate the apartment even with GPS. Good location, 5 minutes walk to old town. Great host that stay above our apartment. No wifi in apartment but can go upstairs in front of the host door for wifi excess. Cozy apartment, simple breakfast food ( cereal, bread, milk, coffee and hot chocolate) which is handy. Host speak little English but very helpful. Has secure parking in premises.

Francisco and his friend let us in the apartment which was very clean and spacious. It's very cheap for this price and I would recommend going there any time. Sadly we didn't manage to get the WiFi to work but Teruel is such a nice city so you haven't the need to surf the internet :-)

Marvellous apartment, with easy secure parking, and very close to the old town centre. Teruel was great too, good food in the main square and the Lovers of Teruel/Church of San Pedro visitor centre was very interesting, a good taste of Spanish history and culture. If arriving by car and using GPS, have a close look at your map first; ours did not have Calle Los Baches in the right place. Cross the lower old bridge next to the old town and drive under the second old bridge; you're there.
