Great location and only 5-10 min walk to various subway stations and even closer to bus stops. Right next to a new park and plenty of places to eat nearby. Try the Yemen Cafe if you want to get some huge portions of great food. Grant was awesome and easy to communicate with. Id recommend this to friends and family.

Grant's apartment is located in an ideal place. The neighborhood, Brooklyn Heights is, in my opinion, the most beautiful neighborhood in New York, filled with brownstones and cobble stone streets and gorgeous river views. It's also one subway stop away from Manhattan, but feels quiet and peaceful. Grant's apartment is located on a quiet street that has a few cute cafes and shops, and is just a few minutes walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park where you can walk along the river, and only about a five minute walk to Montague Street which is filled with restaurants and cafes. Grant was also very easy to communicate with, he checked in with me regularly and always responded to my messages within in minutes. If you are looking for a good value place to stay in Brooklyn, Gran'ts apartment is wonderful.
