The Space

Travelling on your own and just need a place to rest your head? We can offer you a comfortable cosy room with adjacent bathroom and toilet (shared if other guests). Continental breakfast included with tea/coffee making facilities.

High on the hill of one of Dunedin's most beautiful suburbs, you'll find this homely and peaceful accommodation.

The view is amazing, yet it is only 5 mins drive to the Octagon (around $12 by taxi) with easy access to restaurants in Maori Hill, Roslyn Village, Mornington and the city. We are just 10 mins drive to the popular St Clair beach.

Your room is in the downstairs part of a modern Dunedin home, hosted by Jeanette and Brian.

With underfloor heating during winter as well as an eco panel heater, you'll be warm and toasty. A small TV is provided and we have free ultrafast wifi.

Free upgrade to Queen room with kitchenette if no other guests.
