A/C + HEAT: An in-room air conditioning unit allows you complete control of the cooling system, while heat is provided by the building.
GROCERIES + COFFEE: Numerous coffee shops + cafes are alll within a few minutes walkind distance of the apartment along with little bodega grocery stores and a giant grocer within a 10 minute walk.

Interaction with Guests
I leave that up to the guest - I touch base on the day of check in and also after you've checked in too.
You are right in the heart of it all - where West Queen West and Trinity Bellwoods neighbourhoods collide.
Within feet of the famous Trinity Bellwoods Park, all the best restaurants, vintage shopping, cafes, and people watching you could want!
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD // Via The New York Times:
"The lush Trinity Bellwoods Park, between Queen Street West and Dundas Street West, is filled with well-dressed residents, dogs, children and yoga practitioners. Take a breather here, then walk over a block to the exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art.
TTC/TRANSIT: You're directly on the street car line, which means you'll be in downtown Toronto/The Eaton Centre in less than 10 minutes.
AIRPORT: 25 minutes by cab & TTC/public transit is also available. A new train will begin running from Toronto Pearson to Union Station. A cab from Union station to the apartment takes about 10 minutes and will cost under $15. A cab from the Toronto Island Airport to the apartment is under $20.

Ashely's place made for a great HQ while in Toronto. The location can't be beat, we ended up biking and walking our whole trip. The Crashpad met expectations. It was small, but perfect for our weekend.
Note for the future traveler, it's a noisy apartment, you hear a lot of other people in the hall throughout the evening and night. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me much, but figured it was worth sharing.
Clean apartment with all the ammenities you need in a city like Toronto. The kitchen is well equiped, there's a quiet garden in the building and the place is well kept. Best part is the location though! Right in the middle of queen west, close to the cutest shops and restaurants. There is also a streetcar stop around the corner. Ashley had left some pages with useful information about the building and tips on what to do and where to eat, which was a nice touch!
Ashley was our very first AirBnB experience. I am happy to say it was a great one! Ashley was easy to communicate with, always replied promptly, and couldn't have been more helpful. The place was very clean and it was so close to all the lively festivities on Queen Street. We found the Bike Share transit setup right across the street so convenient and we were able to bike downtown in 5 - 10 minutes. Ashley was great about leaving a whole recommendations list of her favorite places off the beaten path. I also have to thank her for having reliable and fast internet! I was able to get some last minute work emergency handled and send files extremely fast. Right on!
What an experience staying here as opposed to a hotel. If you are looking and there are dates available, I would recommend booking before you miss out!
This place is about location and simplicity. The apartment is a cute, basic, clean, and a great base for exploring the neighborhoods. It's across from great restaurants, shops, park, and a bike rental. I would consider staying here again.
Great little apartment in great location. We stayed in Ashley's apartment for 4 nights and it was a great place to stay in while exploring Toronto. About a 20/30 minute walk to all the main tourist points and attractions and in a very nice and busy location close to shops, restaurants and bars. Would defiantly stay here again if in Toronto!
The space was in a great location and everything was fairly easy when it came to check in. Ashley was a great host and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and settled in the city. We appreciated her accessibility and suggestions. Definitely recommend staying at this location.
