CHECK IN / OUT: I make checking in and out super easy because I have a lock box installed! You can arrive anytime after 3:00 pm and depart by 11:00 am.
LOCATION: I have lived in Toronto my entire life, and am happy to answer any questions you may have about the neighbourhood, where to eat, shop, and drink! This apartment is in the West Queen West neighbourhood, within the artsy + foodie scene of Toronto. A short walk or street car ride gets you to the downtown core and all the major attractions.
BUILDING: this is your standard "city" apartment building - with lots of comings and goings, a communal courtyard (great for summertime hangs!), gym, business centre, etc. This unit is also on the ground floor level, so you have easy access to the outdoor community space and also the street.
- Starbucks on the corner + many other independent coffee shops like Dark Horse, and White Squirrel too within a 2 minute walk.
- A variety of food to choose from at your doorstep - cafes, italian, vegan, juices, etc.
- art galleries within walking distance
- across the street from the BEST park in Toronto
A/C + HEAT: An in-room air conditioning unit allows you complete control of the cooling system, while heat is provided by the building.
GROCERIES + COFFEE: Numerous coffee shops + cafes are alll within a few minutes walkind distance of the apartment along with little bodega grocery stores and a giant grocer within a 10 minute walk.
BICYCLES: A Bixi Bike stand is located right beside the building. It's a great way to see Toronto or just bike around the neighbourhood.
PARKS + POOLS: A city of Toronto outdoor pool is located at the bottom of the street (open from June - September) as well as numerous parks and playgrounds.

PARKING: FREE daytime street parking is available on adjacent streets, as well as a GREENP parking lot with paid parking for overnight stays.

I leave that up to the guest - I touch base on the day of check in and also after you've checked in too.
You are right in the heart of it all - where West Queen West and Trinity Bellwoods neighbourhoods collide.
Within feet of the famous Trinity Bellwoods Park, all the best restaurants, vintage shopping, cafes, and people watching you could want!

TTC/TRANSIT: You're directly on the street car line, which means you'll be in downtown Toronto/The Eaton Centre in less than 10 minutes.
AIRPORT: 25 minutes by cab & TTC/public transit is also available. A new train will begin running from Toronto Pearson to Union Station. A cab from Union station to the apartment takes about 10 minutes and will cost under $15. A cab from the Toronto Island Airport to the apartment is under $20.
