Interaction with Guests
I also live in the house but my bedroom and bath are located on the opposite side of the house from the guest area. I give my guests all the privacy they need to come and go as they please.
I am usually very busy with many projects and in and out a lot. I enjoy interacting with my guests when they need me or to chat and share stories when I have an extra moment in the house.
-No outlet, HOA-controlled retirement neighborhood.
- The neighborhood sits behind a wall separated from the main street and has sidewalks for peaceful evening walks.
-Quaint, peaceful park with benches and tennis court just a 1-minute walk from the house. For residents and guests only.
-Police patrolled. One of the safest and most inconspicuous neighborhoods in this area of Dallas.
-This neighborhood offers the feel of a suburb but with the conveniences of the city of Dallas. The location is very convenient to both downtown (less than 15 minutes drive down the tollway) and the northern part of the city (Plano) which offers a great deal as well. Addison regional airport is just 1 mile from the house. Addison has a good deal of businesses and the neighborhood is very close to a street with several eating and shopping choices. There is a new Whole Foods store just 5 minutes from the house.
It's easy to walk to certain parts of one of the busiest streets in this area for a simple meal, grocery, Target, etc. A public bus stop is nearby.
To get from the airport to my house takes about 20-25 minutes via car. Taxis are available or I can suggest my driver for you for the same price as a taxi.
Dallas North Tollway that runs North and South through the city is less than 5 minutes from the house, down an easy-to-navigate street.
- The most important thing to me is the protection of the property (carpet, walls, hardwood floors, etc.), so please be mindful of habits that help with that, such as removing your shoes when coming into the house as much as possible.
- I like to keep the house relatively quiet, but particularly quiet between 9:00p.m. and 8:30 a.m.
- Please complete all laundry by 9p.m. (all machines no longer running).
- Please be mindful of turning off lights, TV, ceiling fans, etc., if being gone from the guest area for an extended period of time.
- When using small appliances, please be sure to unplug them before leaving the house if no one is to be home (coffee pot, curling iron, toaster, etc.)
- Only paid guests can stay at the house.
- No pets please.
- No smoking please (though cigars only are allowed in the courtyard).
Thanks and I look forward to having you as a guest!
Zach was the perfect host. Communication with him before and during the stay was easy, and he was very interesting to talk to. His home was immaculately clean and well-decorated. The king-sized bed couldn't have offered a better night's sleep. Thanks, Zach!
The experience was beyond my expectation, Zack is a wonderful host. he is very attentive , thought full , helpful and friendly , I had the pleasure of staying in his immaculate private and comfortable guest court for a short two weeks , A home away from home, the place is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and conveniently located, highly recommended place to stay and a great Host, personally I came to Dallas mainly to open a Food related business and I am I debt to Zack for sharing with me his professional knowledge , views and experience in the industry.
I cannot stress enough how wonderful it was to stay with Zach! He was a fabulous host, going above and beyond to make my boyfriend and I feel comfortable and welcome in his beautiful, immaculate home. The bedroom was clean, tranquil, and quiet and the attached full bathroom was spotless. He recommended places to eat nearby, and told us about different up-and-coming parts of Dallas we could visit for a unique experience. I can confidently say we will be staying with him again, and if you have the opportunity, you should too - just not on the same weekend I'd like to book, of course!
I was welcomed with open arms. Zach is a great house host and an even nicer person. He's very thorough on how everything works in the house and all precautions.
I highly recommend staying here and I plan on staying here in the future.
Zach has a beautiful home. The guest quarters are spacious and private. He is a gracious and generous host. I spent two restful nights and enjoyed the comfort and relaxation this accommodation offered. Thanks, Zach.
Zach was excellent to stay with. He was incredibly considerate and provided more than I could even hope for. His home was beautiful and well appointed. He even gave me a piece of a chocolate cake he had created the recipe for. It was fantastic, he was an ideal host.
Zach was a perfect host; his home was very clean and immaculate. The neighborhood was a place that we would feel very safe walking about - day or night. Our only regret was that we did not have as much time as we would have liked to visit with Zach. He seems to be a person that has experienced many interesting activities since he has lived in places outside of the United States.
And yes, we did get some chocolate treats from Zach on the day that we left and they were delicious. This home certainly deserves being considered for an airbnb stay for those individuals traveling to the Dallas area!
