About this listing
Large and comfortable bedroom, with air conditioning independent of the house where the family lives. GOOD LOCATION, near to downtown and four blocks from the Cataratas Avenue. The room has cabinets, fridge and beds to comfortably accommodate five people (has space for more 3 or 4 mattresses, therefore accommodate up to nine persons), with private bathroom and access to internet WI-FI.
Beside the room has a spacious terrace, with barbecue area, tables, chairs and TV.
In the morning is served a DELICIOUS BREAKFAST, with many options, plus seasonal fruits.
I have influences in Spanish and knowledge of English and Italian.
I can provide information about tourist places of the city, of Paraguay and Argentina and, if necessary, take you by car to the local ride (prices apart). Also can wash your clothes with additional rates.
The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, but very closely to many nightclubs, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The bus stop is 30 meters from home.
Bernadete is a wonderful host. She has a lovely home: the room where I stayed had a private entrance, and its own bathroom. The room was quiet and totally dark at night: perfect for a light sleeper. When I arrived at night, Bernadete offered me tea, coffee, and had chocolates ready. The room was spacious, neat, and clean. Each morning Bernadete offered a great breakfast: sweet bread and cake she made herself, white and wheat bread, an assortment of fresh fruit, meat, cheese, cheese spreads, coffee and tea. Best of all was Bernadete's conversation, if you wanted to talk or to get tourist information. Bernadete was helpful in other ways. On my arrival, her husband helped remove the broken suitcase lock, and Bernadete found me help getting on her internet. Her home is well located to access via bus to the airport, National Park for the Foz du Iguazo, and the Ipaitu hydroelectric dam. Restaurants and a market are within easy walking distance. Bernadete dropped me off at the bus stop the first day to be sure I got on the right bus. When I left, she drove me and my luggage to the bus stop.
Bernadette is an excellent person, very receptive and helpful. She always helped me in what I needed. The room had everything I needed, from television to air conditioning. I highly recommend it
Bernadete was a great host! I felt very welcome. She made a great breakfast every morning and answered any questions I had. She even helped me pay the online fee to get into Argentina! I would definitely recommend staying here. The location is great to get the bus for iguaçu falls and also conveniently located near a supermarket.
Recomendo!
Really great host, I was late and Bernadete texted me to see if I'm alright...location is close to downtown.
Bernadete was so kind! She helped us out by giving us lots of advice for travelling by bus. That was especially appreciated in our arrival to her house from the airpot. Her house is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood, and we rested well there at night. We were able to take the bus or walk to any place we wanted to go, which was great for us, as we are a family of five, and always looking for ways to save money. She also welcomed us to use her kitchen for food preparation, which was wonderful. We all loved staying with her.

About the Host, Bernadete
