The space
300M (300 E. Moreland St.) is an award-winning Studio Darek redevelopment project, which transformed the 1940's building into a vintage modern living venue. We are now very pleased to be part of the the Airbnb community and love hosting.

300M is also the designer’s home, studio, and experimental laboratory. —Derek’s favorite live-in canvas. Because it is perpetually evolving and being refined and or improved, photos may not always reflect the most current design. You may even encounter the “mad scientist” himself in the midst of a spontaneous redesign or renovation.
majority of time, 300M spaces are booked back to back. during those rare instances they are not, Derek takes full advantage of the rare window for Improvements that can occur right up until check-in time. For this reason, we kindly ask that you do not request early check-in. Late checkouts are also not available. Place is being run by an army of two: Derek oversees all design and maintenance, and Silvia manages cleaning solo with a very tight schedule. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the creative process that makes 300M such a unique experience.

300M (300 E. Moreland st.) is a small community redevelopment project. This one man against the odds project started after acquiring a 15 unit historic apartment complex in ruins located in downtown Phoenix, AZ., from the rubble it was turned into a modern and exclusive 9 unit living venue for individuals as unique as the space they seek to live in. In 2010 the same year it was open to the public 300M went to win The RED Award for Best Redevelopment; "Real Estate and Development Awards" are Arizona’s most comprehensive annual real estate awards. 300M has also been featured on the T.V. Show "TINY HOUSES" and a number of publications including Phoenix Magazine (2011) & Arizona Republic (Jan. cover story, cool homes, 2012).
