Response from Anne:
Unfortunately there was an overbooking as a guest had booked both of our rooms in the same name and it went un-noticed. I found another very similar B&B in Niagara on the Lake and made arrangements for Nicole to stay there at no extra cost.

Anne's place was a great base for our weekend trip to NOTL. The breakfasts were amazing, and the room and bathroom were clean, and spacious. This is a very convenient location for diving into town, and surrounding wineries. On a nice day, it would be a decent walk into town, but I would just recommend driving the two minutes down King Street and finding free parking (we had luck with parking on the residential block bordered by King, Platoff, Davy, and Castlereagh streets). If you plan to do Peller Estate Winery's experiences (recommended) I'd book them ahead of time since they can fill up quickly.

Wonderful stay at a lovely home on a quiet street. Anne and her husband were great hosts. DELICIOUS breakfasts, comfortable accommodations (private bathroom), and great location. We appreciated Anne gave us very helpful tips about getting around. Two minute drive to main street and easy 30 minute drive along picturesque Niagara parkway to Niagara Falls, with lots of other interesting stops along the way. Toronto is about 80 minutes north. A perfect location for a long weekend!

Anne and her husband were wonderful hosts. Their home provided a great location within a short drive to the village of Niagara on The Lake. Anne provided a lovely breakfast as well as many suggestions regarding area attractions and restaurants.

We had a great time. Very nice room and bath. Breakfast was wonderful, filling but not so much you start day stuffed. Great location, in a nice residential area, easy 5 minute drive to historic section and wineries. Don and anne were perfect hosts, friendly, helpful but not intrusive. Only downside would be steps to 2nd floor if you have mobility limitations. An e xcellent experience and value

Anne was a wonderful host, very personable, accomodating, and had a wealth of recommendations for fantastic restaurants and wineries that we would not have otherwise known to go to. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the room was bright, clean, and had a lovely view of a vineyard. The bed itself was extremely comfortable with a plush memory foam topper. We will be happy to stay with Anne again next time we are in town!
