All rooms opens up into a beautiful patio, equipped with dining, barbecue and relaxed area. Backyard has beautiful extravagant lighting for (lights only for summer months for 1 hour). $10 per hour for extended lighting.
Children are welcome. Pet fee $125 per pet. Max # of pets allowed is two. Must have host permission, must disclose the type of pet. Backyard fenced - private for your use only. No one else will enter or have access to backyard except landscaper. Will advise when to expect landscaper weekly
You will be on the 1st floor with your own 5 rooms, own entrances. The backyard is for you and your guests only. (2nd floor has no access to backyard during your stay).
Big gated backyard. Relax while you prepare the barbecue on the huge Webber grill or relax by the outdoor bar area. Only at summertime and not throughout the year , enjoy the spectacular lighting ( 1 hour per night) that creates a festive, magical, carnival feel atmosphere. Lights on only summer months from 9pm to 10pm). Guests must pay $20 per hour for longer time with decorative lights. (if requested for lights to be on) This is paid directly to host.

The backyard is private for your use only at no extra charge. You may need to dust furniture as leaves and dust oftentimes accumulate. It’s outdoors furniture that may become dusty. We will keep it as clean as possible, no control of the leaves and dust.
