Our cozy and clean basement apartment sits below the majestic Timpanogos Mountain and is less than 1 mile from Interstate 15 and close to many attractions like Doterra and Timpanogos cave. We live upstairs and keep our basement apartment super clean with *no housekeeping fee! We offer a great space for a low price. (*Housekeeping fee of $35 will be requested for stays of 7 or more days) There is NO Smoking allowed.

Belinda's place was roomy with a bedroom, gigantic TV and living room/ kitchen area. It was a good value and better than a hotel.

Good place to stay, has what you need. Great for a couple's stay. Lacked a little privacy, but other than that a good place to stay.
