Really huge house. Gianluca was very helpful. Even though the place is a bit off from the main city, easily accessible by the Quattro Venti metro station or by 75 bus.
If you plan on going to Vatican, this is really close( just a train stop away)
We had a great stay at Anna's house.. Gianluca was a very good host too.. The house is nice and spacious just as in the pictures. It is a little far from the city but well connected. Gianluca has put up all the stuff u need to know about Rome like maps recommendations etc. He also went out of the way n kept our luggage even after we checked out as our flight was in the night. There is a super market and grocery store nearby. So all in all a great place to stay. N what adds up is a very helpful host. Absolutely recommended.
Anna's house was really nice and convenient- a reasonable walk from Quatro Venti train station and a shorter walk from bus #75. The location was very nice, in a residential neighborhood with nice restaurants across the street and nearby. But still close to the city center and Vatican. The apartment was spacious and clean and quite nice. Gianlucca was a great host. Thanks for a wonderful visit!
We spent 3 nights in Anna's House and it was wonderful! Gianluca was helpful for the whole process - he even set up a minibus driver to pick us up from the airport - which was so nice because our plane was delayed and we got in very late! The house is very clean and even more spacious then the pictures portray! We had 2 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room to spread out! It was also very convenient to a bus stop and to the train! There were some excellent restaurants nearby that were better than what we found in the city! Do yourself a favor and get gelato from the bakery across the street! It was the best we found!
Gianluca also provided some snacks for breakfast which was so nice with our late arrival! There is a great supermarket down the street where we stocked up for breakfasts and snacks.
The only slight problem was the wifi was not working - this was a problem as I was still planning some of our visits and unable to book reservations to museums. Gianluca did let us use his iPad the last day which had 3G - that helped a great deal as we needed to plan the next leg of our trip!
All in all it is a lovely apartment that is easy to travel from with great restaurants and amenities nearby! We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was quiet at night! We would love to stay again the next time we visit Rome! Thank you Gianluca!
