Isabelle was a wonderful hostess and we very much enjoyed staying in her house. It was a lovely old country home that she has renovated and decorated beautifully.
It felt like being in the countryside, but was an easy walk to the village center where there were a few small cafes and patisseries.
There was a huge balcony/terrace filled with plants and sitting places. It was sunny there from mid-morning to sunset and after dark, we watched the stars from the bedroom balcony. There was even an owl that visited!
The parrots were a delight and Isabelle tried to teach us the French words they were saying. She guided us on many interesting things to see and we found some amazing places. We hope to visit her again some day!
This was my first experience with airbnb and I must admit it was fantastic one. The place is marvelous! Great location to visit interesting places in the regoin and then come back to quiet and nice place.
We got fantastic hospitality from Isabelle, she advised us many interesting places to visit. We spend very nice evenings together having long conversations about different topics...
I do recommend this stay, you will be greatly hosted by Isabelle!
Thank you Isabelle! We had great time with you!
We had such a great time staying at Isabelle's place. The home is a charming home and Isabella is doing such a great job renovating it. You felt as if you stepped back in time staying at her place in the little village. Isabelle was so helpful in suggesting things to do to make our time special. Her place is in a great location to visit many interesting places that are within an hour's drive. Have her send you to the river gorge and visit the little village at the top of it. You also have to visit Carcassone, it is a medieval castle and village that is awlsom. We also loved Isabellle's parrotts, it was so much fun trying to teach them new words. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend her to other guests. (thank you for the little gift, we will think of you every time we look at it)
Isabelle is such a nice person, she gave us a warm welcome, feeling at home right away. The house is very atmospheric with its cozy & sunny terrace and the inside is as well very nice decorated. Nice, clean and spacious bathroom, with a beautiful tub. We had a pleasant stay!
We had an amazing stay at Isabelle's house! She is as friendly and helpful as the description would lead one to believe - a truly wonderful tactful host. We had a lovely dinner with her and chatted a lot about the region (she suggested some great places to see); however she also respects one's privacy. We also met her parrots which was a rather entertaining experience, and they do stay quiet in the night, very educated! The location is also nice and quiet, house has a pretty sunny terrace, BBQ and a beautiful view from the balcony of the bedroom. Overall, we felt very much at home and very delighted to meet Isabelle and the birds! Thank you very much Isabelle! :)
