Everyone is welcome in my apartment as long as my rules and regulations are respected consciously. My appartment keep his standing due to my care and i select my guest in that way.

1/ Tenants are expected to take off their shoes as soon as they get in the appartment because it would leave some stains and scratches as the wooden floor is not vernish for esthetic reason.

2/.Tenants are expected to pay a particular attention to furniture and elements of decoration which are fragile (very important for me).
Important example to follow:
- Be carefull not to scratch the wall or corner of the wall when deplacing your suitcase..
- Do not touch the things on the wall, do not put suitcase on the chairs or table ( it is not done for that and make damages on furniture)
- Do not sit on table or climb on the chair. Do not use candles.
-Never clean the surface with the scratching face of the sponge ( stainless steel surface of the cooker or the basin..)
-leave the apartment in proper and correct condition (take off your personal rubbish)

3/ It is forbidden to eat in the bed or on the sofas (in the living room) a big dinning table is available for your lunch. The damages caused by the food on sofa or cover are often irreversible!

4/Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Inviting people that were not foreseen in the renting period is not allowed. If something is stolen or damaged, you would be responsible.

5/ You must always double-lock the door when you leave the flat to avoid burglary.
When inside, never leave the key in the keyhole because if you forget it when you get out we would not be able to open the door again. Do not slam the door.
-Replacing the keys is complicated and expensive. A flat fee of 100€ will be charged if the keys are lost.

6/Tenants are expected to pay great attention and do not disturb the permanent residents living in the building. Please make efforts to do not produce excessive noise during your stay, do not speak loud in the stairway.

Enjoy your stay as much as possible!

The apartment was clean. Piou was nice, responsive, and accommodating. Our only complaint is that the shower was slightly uncomfortable.

We had a pleasant 10days stay there! Julien was helpful and checked in with me after a few days of our arrival to see if everything was alright. We loved the decor and the space itself, quite cosy and nice. It's super convenient to get to everywhere! Highly recommend this place:)

There aren't enough words to express the wonderful time I had at this apartment. Piou, my host, was amazing. He was warm and welcoming, he taught me many things about Paris and the people. The location of the flat can’t no be better, there is so much to do (eat!) within a few minutes walking, i walked everywhere from there! The flat is beautiful, he have done an amazing job with the design and used of the space, is nice, clean, modern; everything i might have needed was there. Check in and check out went smoothly. I highly recommend this flat to anyone wanting to travel to Paris I can't wait to go back again

This is a unique apartment in an adventurous neighborhood in Paris, very convenient for public transport. There is lots of graffitti around and lots of solid locks on the building and apartment doors but if you can see past this then this might work for you. The apartment is nicely furnished but the bathroom and shower is definitely more to French standards than US. It is a handheld shower with no overhead bracket that should be switched off while shampooing or you will run out of hot water.

Good: The house is as beautiful and artistic as you see on the pictures. It is super clean and well equipped with everything you need in a house. Close to the train station and subway. Ideal for couples and people that likes art and need a quiet place to rest and enjoy life. Bad: Only one... the apartment is on the 4th floor, no elevator. Bottom Line: This is the best location for people that are traveling light and traveling by train; it is a place that you will enjoy leaving in it.
