Designed with families in mind, it features four bedrooms, including a dedicated kids bunk room.

The space
Big Bear was designed with families in mind. With 2,700 square feet, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a dedicated kids bunk room and a built in toddler bed, there is plenty of space to spend time together while still having room to spread out.
Two families traveling together or a family getaway with the grandparents is exactly what Big Bear was designed for. Gather around the fireplace, relax in the hot tub, enjoy the screened porch and take in the spectacular views of Newfound Lake.

Guest access
Guests will enter Big Bear through the garage entrance using our convenient smart lock. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway.
The garage itself is not available for guest parking. All vehicles must remain outside during your stay.

Big Bear is a peaceful, private retreat surrounded by the natural beauty of New Hampshire. Set on 6 acres overlooking Newfound Lake, the property offers plenty of space for families to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Nearby Audubon sanctuary and hiking trails are just .3 miles away, and Newfound Lake is only 1/4 mile from the home. A beach parking sticker is included for our guests.

During the holiday season, Big Bear is decorated for Christmas from early November through late January, making it an especially beautiful time to experience the log home.
A few important things to know before booking:
Big Bear is designed primarily for families and accommodates a maximum of 10 registered guests, including children. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Animals of any kind, smoking, parties and events are not permitted.
Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. For the protection of our hardwood floors, skis, crampons and ski boots must remain outside the living areas, and we ask that guests remove their shoes when entering the home.
Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete our rental agreement and hot tub acknowledgment and provide the names and addresses of all registered guests.
Exterior security cameras are located on the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home, in private guest areas or anywhere near the hot tub.
Failure to follow the occupancy requirements or house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund.
