The staff was very welcoming and always there to help. They booked a personal guide for the temples, daily tuk tuk's and even made dinner reservations. The hotel seems like it's mostly group tours as we would see a bunch of people once in a while. But most of the time the place was empty. They also have a nice breakfast buffet. Place: If you are in the main building the rooms are good size with balcony overlooking the clean pool. The beds are hard and wifi was a spotty (fine for email but not online work) in our room and 3rd floor lobby. I mentioned to the staff but was the same our entire stay. Location: It is located about 10 min($2.5-3 USD) tuk tuk ride from the main area. Too far to walk but you could bike. There isn't much near the hotel so you'll be going into the main area at least once a day, or twice (4 x $3). I would rent a scooter if you plan to be here more than a couple days. Overall the place was clean, not busy and wonderful staff.

I only had a short time here after the original apt I had rented was infested with brown recluse spiders. Wish I had more time here..but I did manage to squeeze in a spa treatment that was so nice and a hot shower and a good nap. Super friendly staff!

Very nice room. Provided an extra bed which was terrific. Was a bit further away from the main tourist areas of Siem Reap-about a 15min tuk tuk ride from the old market.

The hotel was elegant and the staff was great. It included the best breakfast ever. Location was convenient and we had a regular tuk-tuk driver to take us to the temples every day. A negative was that we requested to make a toll-free international call but they refused to let us for some unknown reason. Also we had them launder a few items of clothing and it cost "$27"!! You might want that done by someone else.

We totally enjoyed our whole stay at this place. All the staff was very friendly and hospitable. They went out of their way to ensure that we are welcomed at the hotel and that our whole trip was enjoyable. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone going to Siem Reap and would even go back myself. Thank you very much!!!

Very nice stay. The hotel is very clean, people are kind. The stay was perfect. They came at the airport, waiting for us, they've done everything to help us during our stay in this amazing city. Highly recommend place. You can find everything outside the hotel to eat, to go to the Temple (20min by TukTuk). And the place is very peaceful.
