We stayed in Courtney's bungalow for five days during SXSW and it was a perfect pad. Great location - walking distance to downtown and eastside fun - comfortable, quiet, and felt like a real home in austin.
Courtney and her friend were wonderful hosts, even gave me a ride to pick up a bike when i first arrived.
Courtney (and her place) was great! No issues whatsoever. Friendly and cozy. Nicely located near the river, restaurants and downtown. Friendly and accommodating owner. Easy walk to Rainey. Only thing we missed was an iron. Also lacked a TV but who needs one when there's Austin to explore?
There was a little confusion in the beginning about how Airbnb worked, but it was all cleared-up pretty quickly. Courtney's Bungalow was clean and well kept. She was kind enough to leave some cheese and olives in the fridge as well as give us a wonderful list of local eateries and activities in the area. She was very easy to get a hold of and was more than willing to answer any questions about the home, neighborhood, and city. A great experience all around and would highly recommend to others!
