No smoking. Guests should arrive by 9:00pm.
I was on a road trip and decided to stop at Ed's place in a hurry. Despite my short notice, Ed responded within hours and accepted my request. The room was very clean and tidy. Ed also shared with me an amazing story of how he turned an old house into this beautiful apartment.
I gladly recommend this place to you.
Ed is a very nice guy and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
The place was very cosy and clean, quiet also very welcoming. I surely enjoyed being there for entire one week.
Staying at Ed's place was great. Ed was welcoming and warm. His place was clean, bright (very bright: four windows in an eastward-facing room!), and conveniently located. The bed was comfortable, and Ed even provided breakfast. In the evenings, we watched baseball on tv.
