This rural setting in an area known as Vale d'el Rei offers the best of all worlds with rural tranquility and yet only a few kilometers from one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast, such as Praia da Marinha, often mentioned as one of the top 10 beaches in Europe with its beautiful rock formations that are characteristic of the beautiful coastline of the Algarve. Villa Elise is located equidistant between Carvoeiro and Porches, just a few minutes' drive from all the bars and restaurants of the shop, the local pottery shops, water parks and a whole range of beautiful beaches, so the area really has something for everyone. The house itself is tastefully decorated in Moorish style and offers enough space for up to 10 people, with 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and an extra bedroom next to the master suite that can accommodate up to 2 children. The mature grounds overlook the valley, and the large swimming pool with separate shallow areas completes the picture with a well-covered terrace and a barbecue.

Driveway leads to entrance. The front door leads to the entrance hall with a guest cloakroom. On the right is the dining area with enough facilities for 8 people, which leads through to the kitchen with a breakfast table, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, and a separate utility room where you will find the fridge/freezer and washing machine. A door leads from here to the covered terrace with a barbecue and dining areas overlooking the garden and pool. From the dining area, 1 step down to the living room with a central glass atrium, leather sofas, wood stove, flat screen TV, DVD player and docking station. French doors open to a covered terrace overlooking the garden. From the living room, go to the bedroom hallway where you will find 2 bedrooms with two single beds and 1 double room, all with their own bathroom with shower and all with French doors to the garden and the swimming pool. A staircase from the entrance leads to the upper floor to the master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with a corner bath and a separate shower. French doors open to a covered terrace with beautiful views of the countryside. The 5th bedroom adjacent to the master bedroom is ideally suited for a child, it has a single bed in 'day style', with another pull-out single bed, French doors to the same terrace of the master bedroom that also has a direct staircase down to the pool and gardens.
