Oceanfront Caribbean Style Villa that is centrally located in Bodden Town for a laid-back experience in tranquility. All 12 villas in complex are oceanfront with views of the sea. We have 6 villas on main floor and 6 villas on second floor. You can enjoy the pool with in-water bar stools or sit on a private beach near the ocean. We have a stretch of beach that allows you to walk for miles. We are surrounded by a coral reef giving our guests access to some of the best snorkeling on the island.

The space
This contemporary one bedroom villa has a king size bed. We also have a sleeper sofa for overflow. All villas are spacious with 670 Square feet of living space. You are totally tucked away in your own private paradise far from the crowds of 7-Mile. Each unit has a walk-in shower with a stand alone tub. From the bedroom to the bathroom there is no door.

My husband and I own and operate 3 short-term vacation rentals at Villas Pappagallo and 12 at Sea Palm Villas. We were originally drawn to Grand Cayman over 25 years ago as avid scuba divers. Now snorkeling is our new passion. Why not? We have a coral reef right out our front door and a private pier to watch the sunsets. As custom home builders, we enjoy creating exquisite architectural designs. We hope to retire in The Cayman Islands someday!
