WiFi - 1,000 megabits per second a fiber network

A two night stay is required for July thru August and the month of October. All weekends (Friday - Sunday) require a two night minimum stay.

The space
A long driveway in the woods leads you to a secluded yurt.

The yurt offers an unique lodging experience with modern amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range/stove and all necessary cooking utensils. It has a full size refrigerator, deep sink, Bosch dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, food processor, tea kettle, Krups 12 cup coffee maker & coffee bean grinder and complete cooking and dining equipment. The living space is decorated tastefully with two comfortable queen size futons(not your ordinary mattress). The bedroom space has a new memory foam queen size mattress that is well appointed with cotton sheets for your sleeping comfort. The bathroom has standard porcelain fixtures, as well as, a charming claw foot bathtub that has a shower. Cozy soft cotton towels wait on a shelf for your use. The bathroom has a big closet and dresser for storing your belongings. The yurt is heated by a woodstove. There will be firewood in the yurt for your use and instructions of where to find cut dry firewood for your use in the woodstove. And, a Rinnai thermostat controlled heater lets you sleep through the night without having to get up to feed the woodstove. THERE IS HIGH SPEED INTERNET - 1,000 megabits per second a fiber network

During the summer months of July thru August I request a two night stay.

The yurt is just steps from the Hartland Winter Trail system – cross-country skiing and/or snowshoeing, as well as, hiking. The fauna and flora of Vermont are plentiful around the yurt. In the winter, you will hear the hooting of owls. In the spring, you will hear the songs of the spring peepers. In the summer, you hear the beautiful melodies of the birds. In the fall, you’ll enjoy the magnificent colors of the deciduous trees and the display of mushrooms along the trails.

In the summer, you can go to the Connecticut River, Hartland Dam, Lake Pinneo or Silver Lake for swimming and boating.

Vermont is known for its Craft Beers! Harpoon Brewery is 13 minutes away in Windsor and River Roost is 20 minutes away in White River Junction. Hartland's very own Mikes Gas Station and Deli has one of the largest selections of craft beers in the Upper Valley.

I love the peaceful solitude, as well as, the bird songs, the coyote calls at night, the hooting owls and the spring peeper's choruses.
