Please call or text me if you have any questions or needs. We hope your stay is delightful! Thank you!
Fantastic location beautiful home and warm welcome, couldn't ask for more really. Loved Savannah and spent every evening enjoying our space within this beautiful home. Christy and Natalia were full of knowledge about the area.
The Collat Ballroom was exactly what we had expected, based on the pictures and reviews from other airbnb-ers. It was clean, spacey, warm and very welcoming, and Christie made every effort to make our stay simply amazing. Natalia was always available for us and they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy Savannah, including things we hadn't even requested (we were offered a stroller to make our walks easier with our 6 month old!!!)
The house is beautiful, the service is amazing, Christie was a very gracious and welcoming host and we simply couldn't have been happier with the experience.
Also, coffee, snacks and cups and glasses were some of many details that made this the perfect choice for us.
Natalia greeted us and cheerfully carried most of our luggage up the many stairs to the delightful "ballroom studio" where we stayed for four nights. This is a classy but laid-back house, very comfortable and easygoing. The kitchenette, while simple, worked well for us for breakfasts and take-out suppers. The house was quiet, centrally located, parking was easy, and the Victorian architecture of the house itself added fun. Our dog was welcomed and enjoyed being here, too. It was a good choice and worth what was for us a splurge to stay here.
Staying with Christie is better than a hotel or staying with family. She is warm, welcoming, and always ready to answer any questions. We love Savanah and the view across to the park cannot be beat from the ballroom. The beds were super comfy and the room immaculate.
The collat ballroom was just as described on the website. My family of five really enjoyed our stay and the extra touch of fruit and bread in the morning was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The whole house was so beautiful with a great location across from the park. Natalia and her baby were adorable and very welcoming and my brief meeting with Christie was pleasant. Would definitely come back next time in town.
We loved our stay at the Collat Ballroom! This house is a dream. It is directly on Forsythe Park and the location could not be more picturesque. The house had all the southern charm we hoped for, and the room was so big and comfortable. We were 3 girls and we had all the room we could ever want.
Christie was so accommodating and we felt right at home. I will be back!
Christie made us feel very welcome. Her communication was friendly, and thorough. She helped us with our luggage and gave us a nice tour of her beautiful home. We were the only guests for the evening and she offered us our own rooms/bathrooms for the same price instead of the ballroom. This worked out great since this was night 6 of our road trip from Boston to Fort Lauderdale. The home is beautifully renovated and we both slept soundly. The location is really nice on Forsyth Park. A great place to give you an authentic "Savannah" feel to your stay. It would have been nice to stay longer. Excellent stay, highly recommended.

Hi! Traveling, music, and the ocean are three things that are near and dear to my heart. It is a blessing to live in such a beautiful city that is great to come home to, and I love sharing our little corner of Savannah with our guests. As a host, I use "the Golden Rule" and try to create an environment that I would want to be in as a guest. Cleanliness and comfort (i.e. nice towels and sheets) are always a priority. We are very flexible and do what we can to make each guest's stay as nice as possible and to make everyone feel at home.
