  • We had a short stay at Christie's but I have to say her home was beautiful, the room was even nicer than we expected and Christie herself was very helpful and accommodating. Christie's home was in a perfect location across the street from Forsyth park. We enjoyer walking through and taking pictures. We hope to go back someday and highly recommend booking through airbnb to stay at Christie's place.

  • My mom and I came to visit Savannah for a mother/daughter getaway, and we couldn't have been happier with where we chose to stay. We loved going for morning walks at Forsyth Park, and Christie had a set of DVDs filmed in Savannah including Midnight at the Garden of Good and Evil that we enjoyed watching at night. I would recommend this historic house to anyone coming to town!

  • We brought our daughter down to Savannah for a few days in May.I must say we had a great time and Christy's Collat Residence was a large part of the reason. Its a restored 3 story classical residence beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic...Forsythe Square...if you like sports...running , basketball, volleyball..lots going on. In addition its an easy walk to the river. Christy is very friendly and helpful....and (email hidden) if you have pets.
We can't say enough about the Collat House. (email hidden) to stay

  • We had a lovely stay. The accommodation looks even better than on the pictures. Christie's home is simply stunning and she will do everything possible to make sure you have a nice, relaxing and enjoyable stay. Her house is located in a wonderful neighbourhood and within walling distance to the main attractions. If you are looking for a Southern experience, this is the place to stay and I am sure you won't be disappointed.

  • The ballroom is very spacious and clean - very comfortable. Even the windows on the 3rd floor were spotless! The mini-kitchen is very convenient and a big basket of breakfast goodies were supplied everyday. The location can't be beat. We had a great stay and enjoyed meeting Christie who cheerfully accommodated our late arrival and gave us great tips on birding spots.

  • The ballroom studio was just lovely and we really enjoyed our time here. The location was beautiful and convenient - we walked just about everywhere. When it rained for part of our stay, no one in the family was sad to have to spend a couple of hours reading in the window seats and looking down at Forsyth Park. Other guests were there at the same time, but our room was quiet and peaceful. Christie (email hidden).

  • (email hidden) to stay! The interior of this house is so pretty! We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a breathtaking view on Forsyth Park. The room was very spacious for a family of 6. The AC works very well too. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to use their feet to visit Savannah. It's in walking distance from everything. 40-min walk to River Street.

Hi! Traveling, music, and the ocean are three things that are near and dear to my heart. It is a blessing to live in such a beautiful city that is great to come home to, and I love sharing our little corner of Savannah with our guests. As a host, I use "the Golden Rule" and try to create an environment that I would want to be in as a guest. Cleanliness and comfort (i.e. nice towels and sheets) are always a priority. We are very flexible and do what we can to make each guest's stay as nice as possible and to make everyone feel at home.
