Our house is less than a mile from Bay Street and is located in the Historic District of Savannah.
You will be within walking distance of the entire historic district which is full of beautiful homes with amazing architecture as well as lovely parks and squares with oak trees draped with Spanish moss. Savannah offers dozens of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, boutiques, and art galleries.
Architecture: Our house has all the characteristics of a Victorian style home including bay windows, sash windows, transoms, multiple porches and balconies, 9 fireplaces, and a Mansard slate roof. Tybee Island is only 30 minutes away which has great restaurants, pretty beaches, and beautiful sunsets. Bonaventure Cemetery is 3.7 miles from our house.
Our house was on the 2013 Savannah Tour of Homes and Gardens.
**We also have another guest room on the 3rd floor (The Meyer Suite) and 3 guest rooms on our 2nd floor.**
Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is at 11am, but we are very flexible with these times if the room will not be occupied by other guests. *Please note that airbnb charges a small fee to hosts and guests, so your total will be a little more than the room fee.*

Guests are given a key to our house and may come and go and they please. Each guest room has a TV, private full bath, and kitchenette.
Interaction with Guests
Our team has 20 units on airbnb, so we likely will not meet in person during your stay. I am available by phone/text and have staff only a few minutes away should you need anything. We strive to give our guests their privacy while being available.
We are located in the Historic District of Savannah and are within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, art galleries, parks and squares. There is a cafe with a Starbucks a few steps from our front door.
Walking is the best way to get around in Savannah. Our house is less than a mile to the river which is the north end of the historic district. We have a free transportation system downtown. (website hidden) We also have cabs and pedicabs.
Other Things to Note
CHECK IN: Pls text me the day of your arrival and let me know when you expect to arrive. Pls park in the back of the house (703 Howard St.) if space available or on the street (free of charge) and enter through our back door with the pineapple welcome sign. We have the house set up so that our guests show themselves in.
The ballroom is directly above two guest rooms, so please try to be quiet at night. Please make yourself at home and come and go as you would like. We are very flexible except for our very strict "No Smoking" policy. We aren't "420 Friendly" either (nothing illegal whatsoever on the premises, please). You are welcome to smoke outside on the deck by the kitchen. Please respect our house, and please carry your bags down the stairs instead of dragging them. Please call or text me if you have any questions or needs. We hope your stay is delightful! When checking out, pls collect your garbage and take outside to can behind house. Thank you!
Hi! Traveling, music, and the ocean are three things that are near and dear to my heart. I split my time between St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Savannah. As a host, I use "the Golden Rule" and try to create an environment that I would want to be in as a guest. Cleanliness and comfort (i.e. nice towels and sheets) are always a priority. We are very flexible and do what we can to make each guest's stay as nice as possible and to make everyone feel at home. **Please note that since we have 19 units and allow guests to arrive any time (literally) after 3pm, you will likely show yourself in and may not meet us in person. We are, however, always available if you need us. Thank you!
