The pleasant spacious country kitchen has everything, even coffee, salt and spices, dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave...
In the dreamy bathroom, you can sink into the foam of a freestanding bath. In the house, there are also 2 toilets and 2 showers.
The rooms are spacious and have good beds.

The space
In the house, there are 4 spacious bedrooms with a spacious double bed, one of these rooms has a small bathroom.
There are 2 more simple rooms with bunk beds.
There are 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and a 2nd on the floor in the bathroom.
There is also an outdoor terrace area with lounge
The kitchen has all the necessary utensils: glass plates, cutlery.... Oven and microwave, 5-burner stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The beds are made upon arrival.

Guest access
With the exception of a private closet here and there, the entire house is at your disposal; to all "extraordinarily enjoy" the coast together.

If the waste is left behind, a charge of €30/bag will be charged, even if the dishes are not washed, this fixed amount of €30 will be charged.

In case of damage to objects or decoration, we would like to hear from you, often no costs are charged for this, a small gift in that case will be accepted with gratitude

Dream @sea is located in a former Ambachtenstraat in the heart of Historic Nieuwpoort. The location near the fishing port and marina , the Albert I War monument - and museum, the Ijzermonding with nature reserves , park and stacks.... make many short and or long walks possible, each with a completely different theme city, nature, monument, harbor,sea..., ferry, hinterland, old railway line Nieuwpoort-Diksmuide, History, WWI tourism..., architecture ...for everyone, something
The sea and the beach can be reached via the beautiful hiking promenade along the harbor and iron estuary about a 20-minute walk... or you just take the tram behind the corner to where also the Belgian coastline.
or you can walk so far along the promenade and coastline and you take the tram back...
In the meantime, the former craft street has been transformed into services and shopping - relaxation street
Sauna, Haman, numerous breakfast places, Chinese, pizzeria, ice cream parlors and many cool restaurants, bike rentals, the tastiest bakeries, department store, CINEMA , and of course the tastiest fresh fish near the fish mine.
