The space
Trailside Village sits high up on Okemo Mountain and is tucked away into the winding hills. As you approach Trailside, you'll experience the tight-knit community of this slopeside neighborhood. This townhouse is an end-unit with incredible views of the mountains in the distance. Pull your car right up to the private front porch entrance and park with ease. Opening the front door, you'll be greeted by a large mudroom with lots of built-in storage to keep all of your winter gear dry and organized.
Entering into the main living level of Trailside 39E, the open-concept floor plan is cozy and bright. The large living room features, high ceilings, comfy couch seating, games, wood storage, and large windows. The large updated kitchen has a beautiful island with seating for six, along with new appliances, a coffee maker, an oversized sink, and well-equipped with everything you need for vacation meals. The dining room has seating for eight guests at the big farmhouse table surrounded by windows. Plus, the mini bar is ready for your weekend essentials! The two sliding doors to the outdoor space are accessed through the dining area where you'll find a large wrap-around deck with seating and awe-inspiring views.
Upstairs, you'll find the primary suite offering a spacious bedroom with an outdoor, private balcony as well as a luxurious bathroom. Escape to a quiet bungalow on the top floor. The lower level has three bedrooms, including a bunk room that doubles as a playroom for the kids. With access to the Sachem ski trail, you can ski directly to the Sunburst Six chairlift, allowing you to bypass the base area crowds at the beginning of the ski day. You'll love the simplicity of this perfect vacation rental! Getting to the slopes is simple. An on-call shuttle picks you up just outside the home and brings you directly to the Sachem trail, just .2 miles away allowing everyone to gear up at their own pace and head right down to the Sunburst Six to get to the top of the mountain. When the ski day wraps up, call again and you’ll be dropped off at the stop near the trail for an easy return.
