Steps from a major subway line, this 4th fl. apt. in an elevator building has everything you need for a home away from home. All the major sites are accessible: Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle, Central Park, Natural History Museum all w/in walking distance. Columbia U. a few blocks north. Come stay and live like a real Manhattanite!.

The space
Apt is fully air conditioned in every room for the warm months. Individual room radiators for the cold months. Very secure and safe building: it has a front wrought iron gate and then a locked front door to the building. Plenty of keys for each guest. There are tons of immediate conveniences: grocery store is steps away, right around the corner. Drug store across the street. Convenience store steps away, open late.

It’s daunting to choose a place to stay in a city like New York but you will luck out if you choose my place. I am devoted to keeping it clean and comfortable and making the trip feel as if you are staying at a friend’s spare apt. This is my only unit and I consider it a labor of love. I like to keep it affordable, so that people have the funds to actually enjoy NYC while they stay here. You can’t go wrong if you opt to stay in my place!
