Check In
  • It was everything I expected. I needed a place where I could come late at night and crawl into the right bunk-bed. You get to meet an eclectic group of residents and stay in a quiet neighbourhood while being in close proximity to SFO.

  • It was absolutely wonderful meeting Jocelyn and the other guests of the house. The house was big, clean, and comfortable. And the neighbourhood was awesome too, with the airport close to it and a lot of shops to buy goods.

  • Jocelyn and her merry band of Airbnb-ers gave me an experience I will not soon forget. Thank you.

  • This was more of a hostel experience than other airbnbs I've rented. What was great about it was the opportunity to meet travelers of various kinds. In one short night, family was created. Shared food, stories, and adventurous spirit were had by all! I feel like I made 9 new friends who wanted to help and support me. I even got some new business ideas from talking to my fellow housemates!

In terms of comfort, this is not the place to choose if you want luxury accommodations. I was given sheets to a top bunk bed and instructed to make the bed myself; the co-ed room was shared with four others (no privacy); and there was competition for the bathrooms. Nevertheless, it felt safe and fun and I would do it again!

  • I didn't personally get to meet Jocelyn, but everything went ok. I popped in for the evening and considering I didn't get in until 11:30 there weren't any hassles. When I left in the morning I was able to find the BART alright and continue my day. Thanks for the stay!
