Chic studio is located on the 8th floor of the 17 story building. With 30 sqm or 322 sqf. Very comfortable stay for 2. The location is in the heart of Bangkok and is within walking distance to BTS & Chao Praya River.
The space

Guest access
The building does have reliable security with gated access to the buildings and key card access for entry past the lobby.
A minimart is available on the ground floor open (phone number hidden) offering snacks, drinks, pop, beer, and goods usually found at corner marts. A 7-11 is available within a 50m walk and is open 24hrs.

If you're the type of person who enjoys stepping out the the typical tourist traps and wants a home away from home where you can live more like a local, this is for you. So close to many things, you don't have to go far to feel right at home in Bangkok.
As well, staying in this condo provides access to real life in a Bangkok neighbourhood. You'll gain insight into life in Bangkok, with locals residents working, eating, drinking, shopping right around you. Much better than staying at a chain hotel set in a tourist area.
For reservation consideration please have a profile with 2 verification, your photo and a brief description of yourself. I refused to accept if your profile is empty with just a name.
All the reservations need to be made thru Airbnb. Airbnb cancellation policy should be respected.

EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECKOUT ARE SUBJECT TO ROOM AVAILABILITY. It is impossible to allow early access to the place if another guest was staying in the condo the night before.
If a potential guest wants guaranteed access to the room earlier than the 2:00 pm check in or check out later than 11 am time they will have to book the night before they arrive or book a night after your departure. Despite the fact that the calendar might show a vacancy the night before you arrive, this could change at any time.
If you are making two separate bookings at the room on one trip, we don't have the ability to store your stuff in the room during your absence. This would clearly impede our ability to rent it out in your absence.

Neighborhood highlights
The neighborhood is awesome. The condo is located just meters from a major historic road which links to Silom Road, Sathorn, and Chinatown as well as the Grand Palace.
It is a 400 meter walk to the majestic Chao Phraya river, with a nearby pier offering express boat service, every 20 minutes from 6:00am to 7:30pm to the Grand Palace, Wat Arun area. This would be a good way to avoid the traffic jams and offers a cool perspective on local Bangkok culture.
Asiatique is a Bangkok’s first large-scale riverside community mall combining shopping, dining, sightseeing, activities and events under one roof.
The strong cultural aspect is what sets it apart from other shopping malls. There are more than 1,500 boutiques selling ultimate souvenir, fashionable cloths, textiles, accessories and home decor items.With more than 40 restaurants, there are Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Italian and seafood dishes served all night. It is about 10 mins by taxi or you can take a free Shuttle ferry from Sathorn pier at the the nearest BTS station. We have had guest who have walked to Asiatique. It is something that should be on your to see list!!
Local food vendors are available within a 25 meter walk of the condo offering Thai dishes, including famous dishes like Tom Yum, Pad Thai, and Papaya Salad as well as local rice and noodle dishes.
