Welcome to the Sunshine Chalet, a 2 BR/2 BTH home w/ large fenced in backyard located on a quiet street in Inverness. Close to many natural springs, bike trails, manatee swimming, fishing, scalloping, public boat launches + golf courses!

The space
The property has two bedrooms, one has a queen-size bed, the other has a queen-size bed as well as a twin-size bed, two full bathrooms, a living room with a pull-out couch, a dining area, and a full kitchen. Off the kitchen, there is a small laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. The 1/3 acre fully fenced-in backyard features a large patio/entertainment space with tables/chairs, adirondack reclining chairs, 4-person hot tub, and a grill. Our driveway is circular for easy pull-in / out.
