  • Reinhart has had a dream in the making for some time now and it is fully expressed in his beautiful houseboat which looks over the river at Amsterdam. We were very fortunate to share his lifestyle dream!! His friendly manner made the stay enjoyable and yes we did partake of a good red wine with some deep and meaningful conversations. It was great to find someone who was willing to express an opinion and share stories without judgement. It was fun.
In addition we had the pleasure of meeting his son and discussing his school project. We would definitely stay with Reinhart again.

  • We had a fantastic week-end staying at Reinhart's houseboat! We loved the convenient location, only 10 minutes from the city center with the free ferry. The accomodation is very nice and Reinhart is welcoming and discreet.

  • Reinhart House is cosy, welcoming, subtly lulled by water. It is an extraordinary experience. The view is beautiful ! Ducks, swans and seagulls are friendly neighbors.
Very close to the shuttle to central station, the house is quiet and central at the same time. The free parking is a real plus.
Reinhart was unfortunately absent, he left us alone in his house with confidence. Even the cat is cute. We will return at Reinhart for our next stay !

Hi, I am Reinhart, welcome to my profile: I have been living in Amsterdam for many years now. I work in the (international) creative industry. I like to travel, do city trips but also like to visit remote destinations. Love to be on the water, visit museums, go to theaters, enjoy live music, festivals, nice bar's and to meet nice people. I enjoy to open my house to anyone that likes to have a truly local Amsterdam experience (on the water). We might meet soon?
